Pizza is over cooked I tried two slices just horrible and the store will not correct this issue. Customer service also disconnected the line while I was on the phone and I had to re call again.

Burnt pizza, contacted store directly and was promised a refund that was never given. January 25, 2024Edit: March 4, 2024 Store Manager made effort to send a replacement in lieu of refund. Pizza was cooked properly this time and delivered at no cost. We appreciate the gesture. Thank you.

Tonight Pizza Hut lost a 10 yr customer who was always OBVIOUSLY happy with the Food and Delivery .Same address nothing changed and 1 Driver ruins it for you.Ridiculous nonsense!She was rude and so lazy she expected me..the customer in her 70s to come to her Car out front as her back is sore and she can't do the 5 stairs leading to our Lobby entrance way to a clean , maintained elevator to deliver the order!10 yrs of excellent delivery with $$ tips every time..Wow!

Ordered pizza from pizza hut after a long time and was expecting it will be wow tasting. Instead i got a large pizza with wrongly cut with like 16 slices and crust was very very thin in the middle. I mean the guy who made the pizza or cut it was hurry to go home or something otherwise why would someone cut the pizza like this. I was hoping at least the taste will be good but wrong again. Horrible taste and tough to chew. Im so disappointed with pizza hut. Never again will i eat from this dying brand.

I have to say this location has the most disrespectful management and staff I’ve ever experienced. I get problems arise but it’s how you handle those problems to get a return customer. I pre ordered for 6:45pm (wanted to watch the leaf game with a fresh hot pie) it arrived at 5:30, lucky I was home. Ordered a large pepperoni lovers extra cheese and I swear I barely got any cheese. I love Pizza Hut but this pizza tasted reheated and undercooked. I’ve read these reviews and noticed it’s privately owned, as a former pizza restaurant owner you take pride in what you do and being privately owned should make yours be the best location not the worst. The manager Dan offered me a $10 off my next order, save it and put it towards a better attitude. Never ordering here again.

I had pizza hut after a long time from their restaurant in markham and it was so good, I decided to order in oshawa (closer to home). Let was the worst pizza I've had.Everything was falling apart, the pepperoni was dry and hard to bite. Save yourself time and money and do not order from this location.
