The rudest staff I have ever seen. The brown guy working there deserves to be fired over his bad mouthing and idiotic attitude. He had no sense of talking to customers or delivery drivers.

We usually go to this Pizza Pizza around the end of the night ,, when we’re there the worker is nice but ordering seems so hard. I went in with my friends who were ordering food, all I wanted/ordered was a rootbeer. He said he can’t charge it cuz it’s a bottle , I said I’m okay paying for the bottle , I ordered a Fanta and a rootbeer which only comes in bottles ,,, my friend wanted an iced tea from can but was told they don’t have it even though he was looking at it , the drinks we left with were Ginger ale and Orange Crush , not what we ordered at all , idk why the drinks alone were such a hard thing for him to grasp. I just ended up saying it’s okay , and taking the drinks I didn’t want ,,, I literally only went to pizza pizza to get a rootbeer and left with two drinks I don’t want so Im giving to someone else. the order was done and was given the wrong drinks. And we ordered hot sauce and creamy garlic but was given 2 honey garlic? Doesn’t make sense at all. Not sure if they were tired or what,, but we repeated ourselves multiple times to make sure he got the order right. He ordered it all in the way we said , we paid roughly $50,,, and then when the food was being given out there were problems with not having things and stuff ….. just a headache. I should’ve just stayed in the car.

The pizza was a total disaster. Ordered a large with sundried tomatoes and roasted garlic, but it looked like they forgot how to put toppings on. This was my first and hopefully last encounter with their atrocious pizza with this specific location. Not worth it at all!

Last night, I had a very simple order, just a cheese pizza and small potatoe wedges, and all these guys did was BURNT the potatoe wedges! The moment I entered, I knew they gonna spoil my order cause the guy didn't even know how to take an order. And unfortunately, I was correct they messed up!!This location is highly not recommended!

*RAT INFESTATION***PLEASE beware, and proceed with caution. Rats all over this place. Brought it up to him and threatened to kick me out after I PAID for my pizza. Get your **** together and clean up your nasty restaraunt before you welcome customers into the door. Will be contacting public health this is unsanitary and unacceptable.**** anyone who has had a bad experience here, please contact public health and we can get this place shut down for good***

2 weeks ago I went in to ask for a menu and as soon as i enter in i see the guy in the back SMOKING?? Absolutely nuts! And came up to me as if nothing happened literally seconds ago..
Very bad customer service. The owner was extremely rude and bossing me as if im working for him (his staff). I'm never going to this location of pizza pizza. I'm absolutely unhappy with this restaurant. They are a group of adult bullies working there. Not at all professional.

Ordered many times and have always had issues.My most recent problem came when trying to order food through SkipTheDishes. They are listed as accepting orders until 2:15am and I placed an order at 1am. They accepted my order, had it prepping and then cancelled it after 35 minutes of waiting, only after the driver arrived to pick up the order. Apparently they closed at 1am and weren't making any more food. But they had no problem accepting and taking the order and my money?

The customer service is zero for this location this is not my first time this is my 3rd time I face with this problem they have to train their stuff how to communicate with customers, today at 1 am when I reach the restaurant the person close the door and didn’t open the door I asked him he said get lost he didn’t let me to go to the restaurant
