Absolutely ridiculous experienceFirst off the coffee is more expensive here than any other Starbucks. And the lady I just dealt with was rude for no reason. I ordered a grandé dark roast black through the app. They make me wait every time for all these specialty drinks to be made before just having someone pour a black coffee. When asked if it would be possible to grab my coffee, The lady said no that it would come up in order of sequence. Typically with my order… super easy… if I go ask someone, who’s not busy btw, to grab it they are typically are nice about it seeing it’s an easy ask.I ALWAYS have problems at this specific Starbucks and refuse to go back now. Just ignorant for no reason!!!

Idk why the iced coffee at this location tastes completely different, not in a good way. They gave me more cream then iced coffee too which didnt helpI also dont get why a grande iced coffee was $4.25, when i pay this price in toronto for a venti ?? Not happy so wont be back to this location.

The slowest I have ever experienced in my life, there are 5 people in the whole starbucks and the employees were so slow. I came here at 11.00 am and its 11.17 am now they have only 3 drinks to make. And they got my order wrong as well so they are making it again.

Love this location. Eleanor at the drive thru is an angel. I came threw the drive thru just after having my mother in hospital with suffering a stroke and Eleanor was so sweet and compassionate and always asked how she was doing. Thank you for your kindness, it was at a difficult time and I look forward to seeing her when we come thru!!!
