I always get amazing experience from the store and the employees.. I am a regular customer and how they treat me is just amazing, they always have my menu ready beforehand. Atmosphere and cleanliness is also excellent. I really appreciate the effort employee , especially Neenu,put forward for customers. So the girl couldn't figure out QR codes and had to pay full price when I should've saved 6 dollars. Thats pretty bad guys. Id like a response on this one. Why have an app if the stuff doesn't work?!?!Upon further review you cheapskates don't even accept coupons. In this day and age with inflation, thats a pretty scummy manuever. Probably won't be back to this location as previous poster stated there's one 2 minutes away.Not our fault you moved to Canada, bought a Subway and now times are tough "for you". Now imagine being a consumer? And you have the nerve for tip jars, gooooooood riddence

The new menu doesn't taste any better but the hike in prices is criminal! And we were not allowed to order from the other menu although online it is still listed.As well, there were two workers but only one was making subs, the other employee said he couldn't make subs that taste good.The store also had no sugar free sodas.I will not be going back and will be giving me, sub and firehouse a try.And we didn't get our whole order!

I have a choice between you and your competition down the street.Both have similar prices but you feel the need to put tipping on your debit machine,with your staff member watching my transaction to guilt me into tipping.Your competition does not do that which i like better.Tipping is my choice not yours so when i don't have cash with me,i will go there instead.Leave a tip jar on your counter so your customers feel they are tipping by choice.
