Horrible experience. Took a bite of a 6inch my daughter and I are sharing and it had a chunk of white hard plastic like material. They refused to refund me or even replace it. The older lady was very rude.Subway is subway, but I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a fast food place / food court and I’ve never been to a subway this awful.16$ for a 6in meal and we barley had one bite from it. We brought everything up to them including the full sandwich with one small bite in it. We even showed them the sharp hard plastic pieces and they said it isn’t their problem……Oh and once leaving I took a bite of the only thing I had left to eat which was the cookies and they were hard as a rock, I could barley crack them in half.$16 for a 4inch sub and a drink.Not once but twice trying to eat this meal I almost broke a tooth.I’ve never written bad reviews like this but the complete lack of care and rudeness I experienced ontop of denying me a contact number or refund is horrible. I’m surprised our teeth aren’t chipped form not only the rock hard cookies but the plastic in the food they served.

The service is not good. The lettuce, tomatoes and all the other items were not fresh they were not made in the morning. I have been eating sub for long time and other location never charge me for crispy onions but this one did. I don't know why.

I was waiting to pick up my sub I had ordered online, there was one sitting on the counter but I didn't want to reach over and grab it and it be someone else's so I waited.There were two staff talking to eachother around the corner and when one looked at me she just walked away. So I waited, and another looked at me and walked away. So I grabbed whatever sub was there and left. Poor quality ingredients, barely anything on the sub and dry crusty bread and I tipped for this?This is why you shouldn't be asking for tips before people have even eaten the food. I also thought ripping was a sure way you would actually get good service and good food but I guess not.And by the looks of the reviews, a lot of people have issues with this location. Doesn't surprise me.

I ordered a green goddess veggie sub with no tomatoes it was a mobile order. The sub had tomatoes and I politely showed the lady at the cash counter the sub, and while preparing a new one she asked me " could you not remove the tomatoes". I can't understand what kind of customer service is this where you made a mistake making the sub which is paid by the customer and you are questioning the customer for coming to you and politely asking to make one as customized in the bill without asking for a refund or anything. Customers pay to get their sub right the way they desire and I believe they have the right to come to you if you don't make it right.

Horrible service. I asked for just a cup of water and the lady said she had to charge me $3.00 for a pop? I just wanted water so why am I being charged for a pop? I also work at Subway and I know that tap water is always free for customers? Cheap.

Patricia did a great job today getting me my sub and was attentive and helpful. She was also getting rudely spoke to by a customer and took it with ease. She was polite to the customer and did a great just job. I, myself would never act like that and I want to make it known her professionalism is outstanding and deserves to be recognized. Great job to whoever hired her and let it be known there may be some mean customers but there are also good ones who see what your doing and I’m impressed by this location. Great job Patricia and Oshawa Subway team!
