We were served by the lovely Raquel! We walked in shortly before closing and she was all smiles and kindness. She made a point to ask us how we liked our bacon, which I have never experienced before! She laughed with us and made suggestions when we asked for them. Raquel is awesome! And she truly makes your order what you want!! Thank you!!!

Customer in front of me points to a fly on his bread. The girl seemed irritated and moved the sandwich to the side and remade it. After cashing him out, she put the cheese and meat back in the container and the full bun back in with the fresh buns. I was so grossed out. Someone else will get that bun and not know. Cleanliness 0. Not sure if I can go back to this location.

Visited this location off and on over a few years and always had issues with flies, but I can’t believe the level of bugs now, way over an acceptable amount of fruit flies EVERYWHERE, on the food , on the glass on the front door, flying into your face while waiting for the sandwhich, couldn’t escape them…. In the end just threw it out as they were in the sub even after getting home….no clue how still allowed to serve…

there’s a girl that works here that we see everytime we come in, i don’t know her name (she always is joking with us to get crispy onions, she’ll know who she is if she reads this) and she is the sweetest girl, we came in 10 minutes before they closed tonight, and we felt terrible but we didn’t have another option, and she waved it away and was joking and laughing with us the whole time. we love seeing her everytime we come in:)

This location I’ve often been pleased with but tonight we had Racquel serve us and she impressed me from the moment we opened the door. She gave a friendly greeting welcoming us in. She helped us navigate the new menu and customize our subs. Even have suggestions on the app at the end. I would return for her service alone. But we did also really enjoy the new menu as well!

I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the exceptional customer service demonstrated by one of your employees. As a Regular customer,on a Sunday afternoon I had this opportunity to observe a woman screaming at this employee for no big reason. I witnessed this employee maintain composure and handle even the most outrageous demands by the women with a genuine smile and a willingness to give her a solution.I've also observed this employee always makes the customers feel heard and valued. He takes the time to listen attentively, offer alternative options when necessary, and treat every customer with the utmost respect, regardless of the peculiarity of their request.Hats off to the manager of the place for having such members on the team, Man definitely deserves a raise. I'm not really a person who gives out reviews, but after the event I witnessed today, I was forced to appreciate this person. Love this place
