There is a young man who worked the shift on Wednesday August 30th at around 6:30pm.Shout out to you! He knows everything about the sandwiches. He never asked for anyone to repeat their order. He was smiling, kind, offered upgrades. (There were 4 people in front of me) I watched this young man and was very impressed with his professionalism.I hope you are being paid good. Your skills can get you anywhere. So nice to see good service.He recommended my son try peppercorn ranch instead of mayo..he loved it. (Picking up sub for my son)

I have ordered kick in chicken through mobile and went in to pick up . The front lady who served me was very rude and not patient to help me . Please try to change it .I regularly get my food in wentworth street subway . But i saw a an offer in mobile app and orderd there but customer service was very poor and food was also kot that great. Try to improve your customer service and satisfaction.

I wish i could give zero stars but there wasn’t an option. It was around 9pm on May 02,2023, the so called worker was very rude, unprofessional, impolite, impatient and discourteous. We asked for veggie patty and then seeing that it was frozen, we changed our mind. She didn’t even started to make it but got frustrated when we said we do not want this. She literally smashed the patty on the counter and took a deep breath and rolled her eyes giving expressions. It felt like she is doing us a favour by giving us a sub. Well, I don’t think this is a sign for good customer service. The employees should get some training on how to serve and treat their customers. I don’t think we are supposed to smash customer’s order at the counter. This lady was getting into an argument instead of apologizing that she was rude and yelling that she is polite enough. Seriously!!!! Worst customer service ever.I would neither visit this place nor recommend anyone. If you want to ruin your day and get insulted by the employees there, you are more than welcome to go and get insulted by tre employees.Being busy is not an excuse to be rude to the customers.Better get some good staff.
