Everytime I come to this location they never have product for the meals they are promoting. Came today, so excited for the seafood feast and was told, sorry, we have no rice. . Very disappointed in this location. Seems that evertime I come here there is something that they don't have.

We love the food and have been loyal over the years, but take out has been reducing the portions to a concerning point. And they have forgotten items in the last few orders. When you call they give you a $5 credit, that is not even comparable to the price or disappointment.The most concerning reductions:- Cup of soup is now not even half of my regular corelle cups, (closer to 1/3, I poured the contents).- If ordering a family pack, the sides are now packed in the same very small "cups" they are barely enough for one, defintely not even close to share.- Fries and sweet potatoe fries are just a handful, barely for one person. ***If they send it with the order. Past few were missing at least two items.- Caesar salad is good size but they have forgotten to send the dressing, croutons and bacon.- Chicken Spring rolls used to be 6 pero order, now just 4 rolls.I am sure post Covid economics have something to do, but this is getting to a concerning pont. perhaps there is a new mananagement not aware of how to keep their customers satisfied and loyal.I wonder if portions have been reduced to this point in the past 6 months when dinning in, but I am not sure I want to consider this restaurant again for either dine-in or take out. It is sadly building a dissapointing experience for us ☹️

This was my first time coming to this location Swiss Chalet and when i tell you their customer service was garbage OMG!I don’t know if our waitress was racist or what but in our section we were the only coloured people and all of the other people were getting treated with respect she asked them “how their food was” “is there anything else i can do for you ?” ETC… But when it came to us she didn’t come by our table ONCE only when i called her over to bring extra napkins SMH. Anyways i found this restaurant to be very racist overall and you would think by now people weren’t like that but i guess not. it was just weird and unacceptable.

Our takeout dinner this evening was super disappointing.Garlic loaf had no chives, 3 tiny pieces of tomato, and hardly any garlic butter. Super dry.Online it says the burgers come with mayo, in the special instructions when I ordered online I requested mustard and ketchup as well. My burger was plain and dry. No condiments.Our mini donuts for dessert were over cooked and never tossed in the cinnamon sugar. Dry.Complete waste of money. So disappointing.

We had a horrible experience and we did a take out. Order 2 rotisserie chicken leg meals and the chickens literally came half (the drumsticks were missing) and the sweet potato fries were half full. Worst part is their response to the issue. I complained to the customer service with pictures on the same day and they said the restaurant would get back to me however they didn't until 5 days. I was told by customer service that I will get a refund for the poor service from the store. Restaurant said they will investigate and get back. It's been more than 15 days and I still do not have an update on the refund.Would not recommend this place at all.

Chicken breast didnt smell fresh.Fries could have been much better too.I am 70 and i know food quality.Meat spoils gradully, starts with funny flavor after cooked which still can be eaten.May be chef thinks people do not recognize the taste after all seasoning etc put on the meat.Had this food in Scarborough south, both chicken and rib were really fresh. No wonder his rating was 4.4I live in Oshawa and i wont go to this swiss chellet anymore

Arrived at Swiss Chalet at 1.30pm for lunch at 2.05pm still waiting for three seasonal chicken dinner specials.No one came with an explanation till just before our meal was served.Sorry we had a glitch that held us up something to do with new chicken place thats opened on Coldstream Drive. First let tables know in a timely manner you have a problem.Secondly offer to comp something for wasting time.The food was good service abysmal.Guess the new place could pick up some customers.

Great service. Standardized chicken menu that may be very good or warmed over. Very sticky floor and old stinky washrooms! Friendly servers!!!
