I recently dined at the Taco Bell location on Simcoe and Taunton with my wife, and it was a complete letdown. Our experience left us with no option but to leave a one-star review.Firstly, the food lacked any semblance of flavor. Not only that, but the portions of meat were shockingly scant. One burrito was particularly appalling, resembling nothing more than a mush of bean paste and beef drowned in cheese sauce. It's safe to say that the thought alone makes me queasy.Moreover, the so-called "Cinnamon Twists" were a misrepresentation. Expecting a delectable dessert akin to Cinnabon, we were instead greeted with crunchy, cereal-like puffs.Although the cleanliness of the establishment was passable, it did little to alleviate our disappointment. The overall taste of the food was off, leaving us with the impression that it wasn't fresh.To say that our experience was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of the food and its potential health implications. It's a visit I deeply regret and hope to spare others from enduring.

I have no idea what is wrong with this restaurant, but every single time I place an order, they get it wrong. I don’t know if they’re doing it on purpose, or they’re just idiots! But it’s so tiring! They forget half the order, or they forget, napkins, or they forget cutlery, they forget sauces, they do not get one single order, right. I HATE this store, and the only time I ever order from them, is when I forget to check which store my order is coming from. Do yourselves a favor, and either go to the Oshawa center, or go to the location I’m fixing. Stay FAR away from this location!

Clean establishment, decent food (it’s what you would want from a Taco Bell). Good vegetarian options as well.Would come again if in the area.Vegetarian options: Basically anything can be made vegetarian. Just swap for beans and you’re set.
Worst location ever, I had order online with uber to pick up and attempted to explain over the phone that I did not realize there doors closer at 10 but had placed an online order they kept Me on the phone for 20 minutes while I waited in the rain outside their door this entire time then without warning or saying anything hung up on me so I left, will definitely be calling about this tomorrow to speak with a. Manager.
Every time I order food from you guys never is my order correct, I am always missing something .. sauces especially! Your team needs to read instruction properly. I’m getting tired of this!

The location itself is awkward because the drive thru takes you through a back alley but I guess that's out of the control of the location.The Burrito Supreme I had ordered was damp, a mixed filling where you can't really identify anything inside, just a brown sludge.I understand its Taco Bell so expectation were pretty low. But i felt there could of been an attempt to at least make it look like it had multiple elements.For what it is worth the staff member that took my order and was at the take out window was polite.

Edit to add I paid for two soft tacos and got one. Whoever was working in the kitchen today- I hope you step on a Lego. Tell me how this is a 7 layer burrito with LETTUCE CHEESE SOUR CREAM AND RICE???? Paid $130 for BEANS. never again. Overpriced trash.

It's a basic taco bell. The bathroom was pretty gross, but the staff took care of that when we told them about it.
I've ordered here before and I know it's just Taco Bell, but it's usually not bad. This time, however, it tasted like all the tomatoes had gone bad. They had a terrible, strong flavour and it ruined our churchwrap supremes, we had to try to pick them all out. One of the Doritos locos tacos shells was also broken. The service was quick at least, but usually the food is better than that.
