On 16th March, we ordered vegetables pad Thai and General Tao's chicken. Lady with glasses happily served us. she’s very careful to take our order, ask me veggie sauce or fish sauce, nobody has asked me before about different sauce, and i very happy with that. Overall Great service? .

By mistake I ordered the wrong dish & noticed, so I asked it be corrected, I also paid $2.10 more however, they just added the noodles, didn't correct the chicken in meal. Thanks for charging me over $20 dollars for a meal that taste like CRAP. I live a hour away.

This is my favourite place to eat whenever I go to the mall to do my shopping! The food tastes great every single time. The general tao chicken and the chicken pad Thai are my favourite! Service from the chefs and the cashiers are always great. The one cashier with the glasses is my favourite, she’s so sweet.Vegetarian options: I love the veggie pad Thai with tofu

WORST COMPANY EVER BEWARE! They spilled soup on my bag and laptop and ignored my until I spammed them all they offered was a 40 dollar gift card as if i will ever come back. To get everything fixed was 2000 dollars. The lady was at fault because she was not paying attention. Head office Anna Young ignored my complaints.

Got Tom Yum soup that was only okay taste and quality wise but $17.5 felt little too pricy for that.Server had a fairly unpleasant and impatient attitude that could be termed as borderline rude.Kid-friendliness: Inside food court of a mall, so fairly kid friendly.

So disappointed!!.. my boyfriend and I love Thai express and we both always get general Thai Pineapple. Worst meal I’ve ever had, the chicken was all fat and gummy, with soggy breading. Couldn’t eat any of the meat. Not even comparable to other locations.

Just got red curry on rice during my lunch. They blanched uncooked veggies for literally 30 seconds. The bamboo shoots, the onions, green peppers and carrots crunchy and raw. The rice super undercooked with a hard centre. The curry is like water. Tastes like chilli and nothing. So disappointing for $15. They won't even put it on a plate so the curry cools a little. Its so strange eating raw things scalding hot. Burned my mouth, now I'm headed back to work hungry.
