Im not suppressed this shop having this kind of bad review. I went to pick up several times to this shop. They are treating to drives like slaves. If I can give negative starts, I would like to give -100 of them. As a delivery drive I will never take a order from this shop. Even the kitchen and shop is soo dirty. Don't order through online delivery platform. The online menu is misleading. I ordered through Skip to respond to my clave for poutine. I ordered - Philly cheese poutine - Smoky BBQ Ribs Confused as I opened the package. The arrived "Philly cheese poutine" was a gravy drenched Philly cheese beef sandwich accompanied by this soggy, old oil tasted French fries (texture tasted like they are cooked from frozen). There are a good amount of beef contents (not Philly style) but the point is, it was not poutine. So, I was disappointed on that point. Smoky BBQ Ribs were OK but with the same soggy fries and a piece of bread. If you want something "filling" over the quality, then this place serves great, but if you look for delicacy, you should avoid this place.

Unbelievable, place was empty, and I had to wait 10 minutes for a bottle of Canadian. At first the bartender brought me a bottle of Canada Dry ginger ale. ?, Then when I said , no a Canadian beer! He could find one and tried giving me the display bottle on the shelf!! Wtaf????? After another couple minutes of searching the cooler and trying to match up the colours and words (clearly had NO clue). He finally found one…… in the beer cooler. Unreal!!! Not about to taste the food!!! Just another dump immigrant bar that will close within the year. And the is wasn’t “the duke”. It’s the “new” place. Wolfe street bar. Crap. Oh and they have Vegtable(s) soup ??♂️

Ordered through skipDisgusting over salted fries, chilli hotdogs was really overly seasoned both weren't edible. Milkshake was just milk. Garbage food wasn't worth the 40 to order.

If i could give no stars i would, ask a question he will tell you a rude response weither its about his menu or the apartments upstairs above the store. He sits in the corner on a computer and doesnt even wear shoes.

I dont usually leave negative reviews but here we are. We paid for priority delivery which took 45 minutes to arrive, possibly not the restaurants fault. I ordered a milkshake, got chocolate milk. The poutine we ordered was cold which the 45 minute delivery time explains that part. The ribs weren't edible at all, terribly overcooked. Overall cost us $75 and after the wait we couldnt eat any of it. Just my opinion but reheated fries are terrible so we couldn't even save that part.

Best burgers I’ve ever had in my life!! Owner is very friendly!Kid-friendliness: We often visit here for French fries after school as we live close by. The owner is very friendly and he even puts my daughters favourite cartoons on the big tv for her. :)
