This location is sketchy. They charged me twice for my order 3 times in a row . I use scan & pay so I don’t see what they charge me until I check my bank, & I seen for the last week they have charged me 2 times per 1 order. So instead of being charged 5.63, it’s 5.63 and 5.63 in two transactions. This is Messy

I am not often in this area but we were in Walmart and wanted to try one of Tims specialty donuts. The donut which was like a Boston cream but possibly with a baileys cream. The donut was good. They had some other donuts I did not recognize. I may have to come back to a Tims for them. I swear the donuts are getting smaller. The Tims was typical of all the rest. Semi quiet which was suprising being in Walmart. It was all Ok. Nothing special, ok donut. Ok coffee. Ok service.

I do not understand why the store closes at 10 but the kitchen closes at 8 and dinning room at 8:30. You should post it in the schedule. I was having a coffee because there was nothing to eat and at 8:20 a lady said that I should leave because the dinning room closes at 8:30. It's her time to clean. These type of things should be posted online so I will know that I won't have to go. Thank you

I came to buy a coffee and something to eat around 8 pm and when I went to order a sandwich they told me that the kitchen was already closed, I ordered my coffee and a croissant I sat in the dining room area and at 8:20 pm a One of the employees tells me that I have to leave in 10 minutes because they close this area, which is their cleaning time. I don't understand why they say they are open until 10 pm when at 8 pm they no longer sell and at 8:30 pm you have to leave. Very bad service, if you can go somewhere else.

I have been several times in the past month. Please ask your staff to refrain from wiping their nose then touching my food or coffee without washing their hands. I also saw them dump a miss order rinse the cup and lid and put it back for reuse. I gave them several benifits of the doubt this was more than onetime. I didn't enjoy my chunky pumpkin latte either.

Easy Access, fast delivery and yummy food. It's good to have you there after a tough time of shopping with 2 naughty kids. Once we reach TH, kids gonna be like a super child. They like the donut collections very much. I'm a great fan of your French Vanilla.

i don’t even do this often but i had to for this location, ordered a large ice coffee with extra cane syrup, around 4:40 pm. first the staff couldn’t understand “cane syrup” for the first 6 times i said it, finally he codes it in and goes to make it, not only did he put LESS then the average pumps of cane syrup FOR REGULAR COFFEE, he forgot to ADD CREAM. i asked him to put cream kindly and add more cane syrup as i seen it was barely in the cup before putting coffee in, he looks all confused looking around for help from other staff, like you had one job, to make a ice coffee with just extra cane syrup, do the managers not teach staff how to make drinks? anyways, he passes it finally, i take a sip, and mark my words the worst ice coffee i or anybody could ever have. i asked the store to have a manager re make it, somebody comes over & then re makes it, passes it back and i kid you not it tastes the exact same as the first one i didn’t like! utterly disgusted with the service from this location, i’ve been here before while shopping for groceries… never was it bad, never seen this new staff line, and they should all be in training still! not running around by themselves. i know other people in line felt the same way about the staff from the convos i over heard… waste of time, some reimbursement of any kind would help this situation.

Very bad attitude by preparing staff. Sometimes you do forget to tell something at the order counter, that does not mean when asking for it at pickup counter get thrown with nasty attitude and food get thrown on the counter
