Normally you know what you're getting when you visit a Timmies, but this location really lets you run the gauntlet of will it be edible, and will I get accosted by one of the locals begging for spare cash. Once you get past those looking to relieve you of your loose change outside it's usually a disorganised line of folk pushing past each other barking their orders at bemused staff behind the counter.

Good service but the pan handlers out front really need to be taken care of! They are an eyesore and intimidate the other patrons.

This is quite possibly the worst Tim’s in Durham. Most of your staff members act like they’re doing us a favour by being there. I was there today, given a burnt bagel, and when I requested a new one a staff member said “if it were me I’d just take it, but that’s just me there are hungry people in the world “ that statement was so unnecessary, so because there are hungry people in the world I should be made to eat a charcoal bagel and be okay with it? Do better.

Made a mobile order and from that time it took to make that order and walk to the store they still haven’t even made my food. Some girl tells me to wait where they apparently leave mobile orders and I wait for 15 mins to find out my food sat at the other end of the counter. No communication, everyone standing around moving slow and talking. Like what did you think I was waiting there for!? Get your staff together!

Tim Horton should stick to coffee and donuts. Staff is amazing ? considering the ridiculous menu options they have to try and keep track of now. Get back in your lane Tim...sheesh. Make your own coffee it'll be faster...and made correct without the long wait.

The drive through service was horrifying to see. The staff was all over the place, they didn’t have any pastries in stock and on top of this the staff didn’t know themselves what was in stock. They kept going back and forth telling us they had specific items then going back saying they didn’t. Originally I wanted a plain cream cheese bagel and a wild berry muffin, they told us they only had blueberry muffins and raisin bagels so we settled on that. When we pulled up to the window, the lady said they had plain bagels so we switched it. A little later they said they didn’t have the blueberry muffin and only had chocolate. At this point we no longer wanted the muffin since it seems to be too much the staff to handle clearly bro bffr, and ended up just ordering the plain cream cheese bagel. When we got the bagel it was not plain nor was it cream cheese. They gave us a raise bagel with nothing in it, it was burnt and stale and especially not filling and all. If this post was confusing it just shows how confused the staff were themselves. How can you mess up this bad, do better.

Most disgusting Tim’s branch I have ever seen. There were literally flies in the donut cover. And when I talked to whoever looked in charge, they were like “so what do you want me to do?” …

Had to take a star. This place was HORRIBLE at getting MY coffee right. Then as months passed, they finally got it. Then, after they reopened from renos, they got it wrong again! Very disappointed coz they're a great crew! Thought they finally had their **** together lolOct 14Asked for DD and 4s x 2m. EVERY DAY ORDER EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK SOMETIMES 3 OR 4X A DAY! Got DD and 4s x 2c! Ugh! Come on!Dec 31Sure, it's close to bottom and almost gone, but do we buy it to NOT be able to drink the whole thing?? Yuck!
