It's a timmies lol can't go wrong with the drinks, im not a fan of any food from tim hortons so it's not this location's fault, there was a cool and nice staff member on my last visit which was nice :) the atmosphere is wayyyy too crowded, with no space to line up,

Was at this Location and spent over $30 in food. Waited over 10 mins and no food. People after me got their food. I enquired about my order and it couldn't be found. No one knew what was happening. Asked to speak to a Manager, she was busy. Eventually she came out and couldn't recall the order because it was long gone from the screen. Asked for a refund. Worst customer service ever. Filed a complaint at Head office and to date the Owener nor General Manager has contacted me. Because of us Customers, you have a business. Trust me you haven't gotten a penny from me after that experience.

This Tim Hortons is located inside the Oshawa Centre.They have some seating but the tables and chairs are not cleaned regularly. Had to clean it myself before being able to sit down. Service is slow and there was a long lineup.The location of the self service kiosks (they have 2 machines) are placed in the same location as the regular line up so it’s very congested. The line up and kiosks also between the tables so the whole set up could use some improvement to help with traffic flow.We ordered chicken noodle soup and cream of broccoli and a coffee. Food and coffee is typically what you expect from a Tim Hortons. Soup is hot, bread is cold but edible and comes with two butters.

oh my goodness, I am so shocked by the way I was spoken to by an employee this morning! I came through the drive-through and ordered a coffee and told them I have a reusable cup for it to go in. When I got to the window to pay and get my food a woman poked her head out through the window and just started saying "Cup! Cup!" and literally snapped her fingers at me!!! I was so shocked I didn't even say anything but I looked at her for a second and she just kept snapping in my face saying cup. Absolutely unbelievable, especially first thing in the morning. What a rude awakening to start my day. Let's give customer service workers a lesson on customer service maybe? Unbelievable

Absolutely disgusting location. Staff are so unprofessional, and they are clue less what they are doing.The cold pop section glass was missing, and it was freezing and hard to stand near. Around 5.30 pm, they were out of crispy chicken, mostly half of their sandwiches unavailable.I want to give -10 star.

Cashier named Vany was extremely unprofessional and rude to the point where the manager had to come over and tell me he cant talk to me like that. He got so uptight and personal and deleted my entire order when I commented to my husband how rude he was being. My husband did not tolerate his behaviour and made it known not to talk to me the way he did. Thankfully the manager helped me out with my order and the only reason I re-orded my whole order was because I was trying to have a good day with my husband. Realistically this affected my anxiety beyond belief. I dont think I will ever go back there again. Vany should be fired.

Absolutely disgusted by male employees behaviour…I have an invisible disability (I am autistic) and went to this location with my support animal (a 7lbs miniature schnauzer) and at first received great service from an outstanding, friendly women employee …. after receiving all my food and my coffee I was then RUDELY YELLED AT ACROSS THE STORE THAT I COULD NOT BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL IN HERE… not only did he assume I was abled he completely embarrassed me infront of other customers … not sure why the male employee chose to completely ruin my experiance here instead of keeping his mouth shut but I will be going to the Thornton Tim’s from now on and encourage anybody with disabilities to do so as the employees there are ALL WELCOMEING NOT JUST A FEWThis happened between the time of 1030-11:10 and I encourage the manager to check cameras and fire the A-hole male employee who yelled at me, promote the nice women and give her the raise she deserves.

The service is so slow, I thought of several things to compare it to while composing this review, and I was unable to find a noun, adjective or synonym to describe the trash service for "quick cafe establishment".When I finally, after 2 years in the line get to the counter, the first thing the cashier does is cough in her hand!!!!Have you heard of Covid?!I just left, wasn't worth compromising my health when my mental health was already on the brink. Go to another TH. The TH in the OC, can SMD.

Went there Sat 28 Oct around 1400 , big line up , staff was very fast and friendly specially the girl at order pickup Rut she was absolutely fantastic and friendly she greeted my 5 year old even though it was busy.
