I go thru Tim Hortons every day. It's right at the end of my street. Although not a big coffee drinker I do like their steeped tea. Food is great. Always fresh. Donuts devine!. I don't cook so I love the drive-thru. No messy kitchen. Love the chicken noodle soup, chili or rice bowls. The blt I had was fine, but im not sure if they changed the base for the chocolate chill but now it taste more like coffee. I dislike coffee and tea, so the taste puts me off.

They are very very slow in the Am hrs 515am 530. It took 10 mins to get 1 LG coffee. Not sure if they have enough staff but the area is very busy and the drive-thu needs to improve. Their so slow..I've been coming here for a few weeks now and it's the same everyday. Managment needs to help with this.

HiTonight at 10:50pm ,22nd March 2024 or I would say every night when she’s on duty.She don’t know how to talk or behave with customers ones you said you are closing then we all knows that at 11 we have to leave , but she have some problems with me or with my friends because we are coming to this location for the last few years but out of 5 or 4 tables she comes to are table and says it’s 10:58 , I replied ok we are leaving in two minutes then she started we have to clean table floors and everything WHY we all work somewhere and know are ethics and Norms for the work place but she started speak loudly n said that day you abuse me SERIOUSLY out of no where I abuse her , on are back table they we two female n two male sitting they intervene it’s almost 11 we all have to leave ,this evening girl manager who don’t know anything about food industry or working in a restaurant she is sooo rude and lied and talk unnecessary about us .Please it’s my request to the management of this location hire students but teach them how to work in restaurant .Also I asked her name she refused to tell me now I don’t think I will ever come to this location with my friends and family.

Let's start with the coffee – it tasted more like a watered-down disappointment than the rich, bold flavor I was craving. The seats were not only uncomfortable but also torn and in desperate need of repair, which made my entire dining experience less than pleasant.Adding insult to injury, the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than providing friendly service. It felt like an inconvenience for them to take my order, let alone greet me with a smile. Overall, Tim Hortons fell far short of expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth – and not just from the coffee.
