The place is kinda small, there was only one server who was taking care of the bar, tables and the delivery apps. The wings taste good but the size of the wings are super small.

The following took place while only 3 other tables were occupied (not busy at all.) Both our wing orders were wrong. The fishbowl did not have the alcohol content that was advertised. The waitress did not check if everything was fine after dropping our food off. We waited 7 minutes for her to bring forks (after-which we went up to get them ourselves.) The menu and tables were covered in sticky residue. The atmosphere was bleak. The service was horrible. To top it all off, the door accessibility button was broken and wouldn’t work. We won’t be returning. Save your money.

My husband and I ordered wings, broccoli poppers and Cesar Salad. Needless to say within 8 hours we were both sick from food poisoning. It took us over 48 hours to finally feel better! This was the only food we both ate together that day entire day and hope they take more care and precaution in handling food.We ate there on February 17, 2024. Not sure if anyone else from that day experienced anything as well.

Huge rip off! I ordered a double which is suppose to be 2 containers of wings, a fries, and 2 dips of blue cheese for $50… and I got a container with 12 wings in it! I called them and according to the lady I talked to a single comes with 5 wings and a double is 10 to 11 wings…! How is this worth $50? This is unfair and completely ridiculous! They won’t even give me my money back or even just charge me for a single! I asked to talk to the manager and the lady keeps saying no, no, no! Extremely!! Terrible experience, especially because this was for dinner for my family and it’s 2 days before Christmas! I want my money back!!! Or the difference for a single because this is not worth $50!

Edit to add: “This is why you should always read reviews before ordering..”I never write reviews.. but this was so bad, I had to leave one. Just save your money.. $24 plus tax wing night for two, and it was one of those “you get what you pay for” situations. We live 5 mins from the restaurant- our fries & onion rings were ice cold. The wings were warm, but burnt and dry, the little honey garlic sauce that was there… was tasteless. We can’t even describe it.. no flavour at all, is the best way. & we got the wrong drinks and no veg & dip??… we also waited an extra 10 mins for everything.

They're food is so bad we order delivery and I had to go too the restaurant and complained and the owner of the store said it was Uber fault never order from there

Horrible. I ordered for delivery and their driver just left the food at the door and didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. 15 minutes later I called the restaurant to see where the food was and she said it left a while ago. I decided to check the door and the food was sitting there. It was cold and dry. No doorbell ring…nothing to say..hey your food is here. I called the store and she said sorry you have to complain to the driver. I replied I ordered through your website; I don’t know who the driver is. You should know and can you please send some fresh food. She said sorry, I don’t have a driver so you will have to come to the store and I will remake your food. So I decide to go to the store and at this point just want a refund so I hand her all the food and ask for a refund and she says she can’t give a refund as she has no way to refund an online order. This is now boarding on ridiculous. So she is offering to make me some fresh food, which at this point what choice do I have. Well, I sat there for over 25 minutes while fresh food, and I clearly state that I want the food (that she demanded I bring back, which I was fine with) stay visible to me; as I didn’t want them to reuse that food. Then the cook grabs the bag and doesn’t see me standing there and proceeds to take it back into the kitchen WHERE THEY ARE COOKING THE FOOD. I quickly yell; no the food needs to stay visible. So they get upset and put the food where I can see it again. Oh, wait it gets better. At this point I have no interest in eating the fresh food as I’m not sure what they are doing to it now; however when the server is packing my food; (keep in mind she is the only waitress in the store, serving, touching computers, making drinks, handling debit machines, she LICKS her finger to open the plastic bag that my food is going into; AND THEN, I see her packing another small plastic bag that she puts 3 ranch dressing in and then with her BARE hands grabs the carrots and celery and puts them in the bag….WITH HER BARE HANDS that she has contaminated 100 different ways. Ya, I am clearly not eating there again and will be requesting a full refund! I will also be complaining to the health department as there was at least 4 violations that I saw, imagine what I couldn’t’ see. FYI, I have never written a bad review; so I would take this one serious.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EATING HERE!!!! I walked in for take out and spent 50$ on two wing combos. Its an “up charge” for poutine and salad. They sold me stale lettuce and gave me the smallest poutine with the smallest amount of cheese and to top it off the wings were cooked properly. Thee audacity then when I called to speak to the manager the lady said he is not there and she can only replace the stale salad….

Wish we looked up reviews before going. Flat beer, heavily watered down mixed drink... fruit flies and dirty tables. Used to come here all the time, something has definitely changed and we won't be returning.
