Came by for a post dinner tea, inside it’s decorated very well, there are pictures all over the wall, some antique artifacts like an old radio near the sugar/cutlery station a mirror featured wall really gives the illusion of a bigger space. They have some seating available, including floor cushions. There is a sign that states limit to one hour when busy which I can understand. We arrived shortly before the post Iftar rush. It got very busy very quickly. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed as they get through all customers. We waited to have our order taken but sat down when they were busy. Eventually we placed our order and waited. Since we only got an adani chai and kunafa, we got our items quickly. The Adana chai was cooked well, it was creamy and flavourful. We got sugar sticks $.75 the concept it great, however, the stick breaks very quickly leaving your drink incredibly sweet so make sure to not leave it in there if you want a somewhat sweet tea.The kunafa was $12 for a piece. This was dissatisfying, it appeared to be re-heated because that was definitely not a fresh kunafa. It was dry and around the edges. We only had a few bites and left it.Overall, They have a large selection of drinks to choose from, and sandwiches. It appears to be incredibly busy during Ramadan but I will definitely come back to have the tea again.Wheelchair accessibility: No barriers in place

My recent visit to the coffee shop was nothing short of outstanding. I'd rate the customer service a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness were truly remarkable, making me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, the food exceeded my expectations, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The atmosphere was buzzing with happiness, evident from the smiles on everyone's faces. I was particularly impressed by exceptional service, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. I can confidently say that this coffee shop has set the bar high for customer service, and I'll definitely be back for more delightful experiences.

Worst worst worst experience today visiting the cafe. The guy at the counter who was making the tea was very rude with customers. Please provide some training to the employees on customer service and how to speak with customers.

Food and atmosphere is great but had to give it 1 star just because the overall service is not good. There was a table available for us but the guy working there told us it was reserved and actually gave it to someone else. When asked about why he did that, he was rude and asked us not to come to the cafe. We have been coming to this cafe from a long time but because of the worst customer service we’ve decided not to come here again. Please avoid if you want a peaceful atmosphere and never visit this cafe.Edit1: The owner says it’s a misunderstanding but I would disagree with that statement. The guy who was at the counter behaved very rudely and asked us not to come again. Please take appropriate measures so that this kind of behaviour is not repeated. Thanks!

Have been visiting this place for almost 3 year, but today had worst experience at the cafe. Guy, working there was very rude and can see arrogance in his tone, and when we complained about the issue we faced , he asked us to not come from next time. Just want to request the owner of the cafe either terminate this guy or suspend him for time being until he learns gratitude towards customer.

I had a cappuccino and their signature iced latte. Tasted soooo good like seriously skip Starbucks and come here. Also my drinks came with little chocolates which was a nice touch. The atmosphere is refreshing and you feel like you’re somewhere else. A perfect gem in the Southend of Ottawa. I’m lucky because I live close by. My new favourite cafe!

Stopped by this morning as I had a major kabda (liver) craving, plus I heard they had a nice floor seating I wanted to try. The seating area was nice esp with an active baby, she crawled around, but the table wasnt the cleanest. We ordered and I was shocked at the prices, very $$$ for a liver sandwich, almost 16$ for an egg plate. You could buy 60 eggs for that price. Food was disappointing, liver was tough and under seasoned, bread seemed stale, foul had no tahini and tasted like the can. But the ambiance was nice, decor, seating.

My friends and I had an awful experience here the other night. The cashier was extremely rude and racist to the point where he even said he wouldn’t serve us because he thought we were Saudi Arabian. Other customers said the same cashier was arguing and fighting with many customers and they were concerned.

The food smelled and tasted very rancid, and the eggs were burnt. This is the first time I visit this place and the last time.
