I enjoy A&W because they are usually respectful and quick with serving food.At this location the food was good, but it was prepared a little sloppy today.It is sad to see that the only diet drink served is A&E Root Beer. It figured!Otherwise, I did like the visit and I will probably go back there to eat again.Parking: There are approximately over 1000 parking spots in the area.Kid-friendliness: Carlingwood Shopping Center is also kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Carlingwood Shopping Center is wheelchair accessible.

Teen burger cold. Fries cold . Onion rings the batter had all fallen off and there were so salty. Such a disappointment. I used to love A&W. They should offer canned or bottled beverage.

Order was placed on Oct.26 at 12:45pm via Uber Eats. When the order finally arrived an hour later the food was cold, the drink had no ice, and the onion rings I ordered (at additional charge) were not included and instead replaced with fries.I'm working nearby and I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to quality. I will not be ordering from here again.
Service was very slow and could not understand the cashier, when we finally got served , the hamburgers were cold and certainly not grass fed beef ! not impressed Poutine was all cheese and no fries, won't be going back there

Regular customer, not anymore, employees are so rude at a&w, on top of that they don’t wear gloves and I saw the person making sandwiches and scratching his head, and wiping sweat with the same hand which was so unhygienic, I told them really polite as a request to wear gloves as I was not comfortable with what I saw.The employee said no we are not allowed to wear gloves and I will not do it, it is what it is. Worst customer service everDietary restrictions: Worst and most unhygienic place

I had a euphoric experience dining at Carlingwood Mall. I would have given five stars, however, while eating, I could not take my eyes off of one ad in particular that kept playing over and over again. At least now I know I need two pairs of glasses for $99. The fries were good, though. Could have used a little bit more sauce. This is the last time I smoke before going for munchies.
