Avoid this place, terrible customer service, food from last night with mold. The worst place to avoid so as not to get sick. If there was a zero star rating I was going to do it because they didn't even deserve a single star.

Amazing, fresh pies at what is a local institution. This is a great spot for an affordable snack or lunch. They have many variations being baked right before your eyes. The classic meat pie ($3 each) with spice is my go-to. The meat is generous for this type of pie and well seasoned. You can see the steam coming off the pie I got right out of the oven. Highly recommend.

Best pies in Ottawa! I’ve been to several Lebanese bakeries and this one is the best. Family owned, very friendly staff and delicious food.

I use to order once a week about $300 every 6 weeks in food from this store. At least 5 times now they have put onions on my zatar pie. Today I write only tomatoes. I have allergies. This is what I got. Not the first time it’s the 5th time. My children love eating here. I can’t order from them anymore. I have called the store each time it happened. Apparently they don’t care about allergies! If it’s the first or second time I understand..

This place has been my families go to for years. It’s excellent- quick, affordable, and delicious. I think it’s the best Arab style bakery in the city. The cheese pies, zaatar pies, and spinach feta pies are some personal favourites- I like to get a bunch at a time and freeze them for quick lunches or as a base for dinner during the week. The mini pies are great for snacks or casual appetizers.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options availableDietary restrictions: Halal

I have been a loyal customer of Al Noor Bakery since its opening, and I must say it has become a cherished culinary haven for me. From the warm ambiance to the delightful array of baked goods, this establishment has consistently exceeded my expectations. The owner, a genuinely pleasant individual, has been the heart and soul of this bakery. Always donning a smile, he engages with customers in friendly chats, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's the personal touch that sets Al Noor Bakery apart, making each visit not just about the food but also about the sense of community.Speaking of the food, I can't help but rave about their meat pies, which, in my opinion, are the best in Ottawa. The flaky pastry, generously filled with flavorful meat, is a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each creation. It's clear that the chefs at Al Noor Bakery take pride in their work, and it translates into a consistently delightful taste.I was pleased to witness the recent renovations at the bakery. The changes were not only aesthetically pleasing but also seemed to enhance the overall experience. Despite the upgrades, I was relieved to find that the prices remained reasonable, a commendable aspect that reflects the bakery's commitment to providing value to its customers. In terms of taste, Al Noor Bakery has maintained a high standard. The flavors are rich, and the quality is evident in every bite. I appreciate the effort to keep the taste consistent, ensuring that each visit is a satisfying and familiar experience. If I could, I would give Al Noor Bakery more than 5 stars for its outstanding service, delectable offerings, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It has become a culinary gem in Ottawa, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful bakery experience.
