By far the worst experience, extremely disappointed with the service we received. We had made reservations for 7:00 p.m. & were seated waiting for 20 mins while the waiter took orders for customers that came in after us. We had to point out that she still didn’t take our order. At 8:00 p.m the waiter shows up to our table with plates that weren’t even ours & then advised us that they had to make different plates because they ran out of chicken. Mind you we were fasting all day & they did not tell us about this in advance. Horrible experience especially during Ramadan.

Horrible experience and service. Our waiter was rude and served every table but ours until we had to call her to serve us. Waited over 40 minutes for food only to get given plates we didn’t order and told them they were not what we ordered. They told us they ran out of chicken and instead of telling us earlier they just made us other food we didn’t request. We left and had to go eat somewhere else but wasted an hour there for nothing. We were also fasting. Just brutal. Worst service by far.

Highly recommended for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. One of my absolute favourites in downtown Ottawa.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly.
They're under construction right now, so it's understandable that things might be out of order. BUT do not mistake this chain restaurant to have the same quality as the Rideau St. location! Their Afghan wrap is extremely bland and nothing compared to the Afghan wrap experience at the Rideau St. Ariana. Worth the extra drive to downtown to enjoy this menu.

It was my first time to Ariana s .I went with my daughters to enjoy the food .the server was not all friendly. She neither smiled at us or greeted us. But she seemed super friendly with the other tables - I wonder why?? She didn't bother asking midway how the food was and scowled when we asked a question about the dish.she didn't bother to ask if we needed any desserts,so we left and enjoyed dessert elsewhere The 3 stars is only for food.
Unprofessional staff, the middle-aged woman behind the counter, is very rude, throws your food at you, after you are done ordering, very unprofessional environment! I will not be returning, learn some customer service skills and clean your dirty

Not once did anyone come up to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant only had one other table occupied and was not at all busy or understaffed. Ywo people were at the counter just chatting.
