Saw this place on Triple D a few years ago, been waiting to go since then. Finally made it today and was not disappointed. Had the grilled cheese and clam chowder, both were excellent. My wife had a slice of pepperoni pizza their famous cinnamon and hazelnut donut thingy and said both were really good. Will definitely go back when we're in Ottawa again.

Went here for dinner with a group of 7 ppl.We ordered the Hawaiian, the Big Hipster, The Vermont Veggie and the Great Mushroom.Large portions, nice environment but the best was the food. The pizzas were incredible (perhaps the best I’ve ever had).The Big Hipster was unreal.The building is a bit out of the way (we are not from Ottawa) and the outside didn’t look like what we were expecting.Definitely recommend.

The eggs benedict is delicious! We got some cinnamon rolls, and they were amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the homemade ketchup. It's more like a salsa to me.

Art Is In is usually incredible, but the service for our group of 5 this weekend was the slowest it’s ever been. Each plate came out separately (with a long time in between each one), with the final plate coming to the table 55 minutes after ordering. It seems the reason for the bad service was they had just opened the patio, but it should just not have opened if they weren’t going to be able to accommodate all customers. The food was great but for the high price point, I expect more from Art Is In. There was nothing done to make our experience any better - not even an explanation or apology.

This place is a well hidden gem in Ottawa. Food is fantastic and baked goods are exceptional. If you want to treat yourself this is the place to go for breakfast/lunch in a very laid back and relaxing atomosphere. Don't be intimidated by the lineups as they move fast.

Quite pricey for what you got. Portions on the smaller side. English muffin tough. Really needed the sharp knife they supplied. Side salad was over dressed and soggy. Seating is cramped.
