2nd time in a row this is happening, got the take home sundae 'Chocolate brownie deluxe' it did not have enough brownies in it and was not full. Next time I'd probably get a DQ blizzard than get this pre-packaged second-rate nonsense.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to put two scoops of ice cream in one bowl. I wanted a waffle cone so they made two when I asked and gave them away before my order!!

Went on april 21st, 2023. Absolutely awful service, the server screamed at me when asking for a kids sundae in front of other customers making me feel extremely embarassed and treated my family poorly. Never going to support this location as they have no respect for customers and are extremely rude for no reason.

Icecream is the best, and the staff are always really friendly. My only issue is that the promotional flavours are always out, even though they are being advertised on a road sign around the corner. If you can't keep stock then stop advertising flavours you don't haveEdit: my last freshpack was covered in chunks of ice and had lots of air in the pack. Double check your fresh packs!

B-R still produces the finest in ice cream on this rather provincial continent since I loved their diverse flavours. However, I rarely if ever venture to any B-R locations today because I focus more now on my health while remaining relatively slim, since excessive calories while high sugar content is not very cool. North America unlike Europe has a very serious problem with obesity today due to fast and/or junk food.
