We ordered via Skip today. With fees it was 85$ which is fine. The quality of food was horrible. The Caesar salad with chicken? Came with 3.5 pieces of chicken. The burger I ordered? Came with 18 fries - 18!!! The bun was old and breaking apart. You should be ashamed of sending this food out the door. Will NEVER ever order from here again. We could have gotten a better meal from McDonalds for 30$. This is brutal how you can send this quality out the door and taking peoples hard earned money. Brutal.

Ordered pizza twice from Uber. Both times the pizza was undercooked and honestly sloppy. Compared to the Hunt Club location, the food here is a joke. On top of that, I got a salad instead of a garlic dip that I ordered. Not sure why they're hiring people who can't read.Based on the other reviews here, management is clearly to blame. Ownership needs to change things up or they'll be closed again in no time. Avoid this place.

The food wasn’t great , the server was good, the kitchen was very slow and some of our food arrived cold. The jambalaya had barely no protein at all and was cold. I had chicken tenders which came with less than an ounce of dipping sauce, when I asked for more was charged almost $3 for another one. The chicken in the pecan chicken salad was like rubber. When another person with us who ordered the the beef dip asked for gravy for her fries it came in a container less than one oz and was charged $1.50 for it. There were approx 10 patrons in the whole place at lunch time. We asked to speak to the manager and was told they were in a closed door meeting. Well Boston Pizza Conroy Rd you’ve just lost 4 customers who live in the area!

Great improvements since reopening. Restaurant has been updated. Food was good quality (freshness) and consistent in taste for the chain. This was not the case when we last visited before the closure. We had a table of 3 and walked right in at around 515. There was ample space for large parties when we were sat. We will definiltey be back!

Had dinner with a group (4 adults - 3 children). My food arrived 15 minutes after everyone else. When my food did finally come it was missing items (the big dipper - was missing onion rings). I do not recommend this location. No offer was made to compensate on the bill, nor did I ask. I just won't be back.

What a fantastic experience and a very family-friendly place.We were very pleasantly served by a young and enthusiastic girl, Lana, with a pretty smile at all times.Even the owner, Mr. Raja, took personal care of us.Still, some interior decorating work was ongoing but very well-decorated.The pizza was finger-liking and delicious, too.Next time, we will experience the bar side, but we are hooked up to this family-oriented place.Keep it up.

I tried to order from this restaurant through UberEats but it was a bad experience. I was assigned 3 different delivery drivers and none of them could pickup so it ended up being cancelled.

Amazing service by Tara G we went in on Feb 26 for a surprise birthday dinner for my brother. It was amazing how above and beyond our server went. She pulled all the blinds down so he didn’t see us all. She suggested to record his reaction even offered to film. My absolute best part was she actually paid attention to my son, asking if his food was good ,if he was happy, if he needed a refill. Just 10/10 service!! The food was amazing to I had so much left over. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO ANOTHER BP. This place just reopened with new management and honestly they shouldve just stayed closed. My family and I waited over an hour and still did not get any food! Our waitress didn’t even bother to update us or check in simply to bring us even more water. Brought this up with the manager and all he did was apologize and then walk away with a smirk on his face. when I confronted him he offered us dessert… like what?? You couldn’t even serve us our main meals. The customer service (or lack thereof) was embarrassing. Pretty sure the lady with blonde hair is on heavy drugs as she couldn’t even compose herself to hold a tray with glasses. Just go elsewhere.

The reno is cool. 10/10 Customer service Stephanie was extremely personable and polite, absolute pleasure to deal with, definitely went the extra mile. Would come back for sure due to customer service!
