I have ordered often from them in the past but this is the second time they run out of an item and then claim they sent the item to me and charged me for the whole order while they did not send the whole order. They refused to refund the money for the item they did not send..This is a scam and I am sodissapointed. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they will ignore you and scam you. The person who answers the phone does not listen to what one has to say and claims she does not know anything about the game they are running. This restaurant has done this to me two times..the first time was on Dec 15th and now again yesterday Feb 22nd. This is what I get for supporting a busines that is scamming people.Never again! Stay away unless u r able to pick up your own food. Shameful way to conduct business..Adding a repply to your response.U asked me to cancel my order with ubereats because u could not do it urself even though u ran out of the food I ordered and claimed I was not going to be charged for it. Then went ahead and still claim u sent the food, so I was charged by ubereats as if I had received the food. I call u numerous times, explained what had happened and tried to get this solved and u said u would contact ubereats. Nothing was done and u kept my money without providing the service. Did not offer any remedy nor tried to make it right. I let it go because I did not want to affect your business, but you kept my money back in Dec and I thought maybe it was a language barrier and it will get solved. I tried again to give you the benefit of the doubt and ordered yesterday. U did not have boullion and I said go ahead and process my order without the boullion not meaning you can charge me for the boullion without sending it. I did not want anything else and you did not send the boullion. All you had to do was to adjust the price accordingly and let ubereats know and not charge me for the boullion. Yes it is a scam when u tell people one thing and charge them for something u did not give to me. I contacted ubereats and they said u said u completed the order and everything was sent to me and i was charge for the boullion you did not send. Again, you got the full money while u knew u had no send the whole order. Again, i tried working with you, called you and explain everything. u were rude and hanged on me and did not offer any solution but u keeping the money I paid for a mystery boullion that never made it to my place. I also added that I have had a similar situation bck in December and u did nothing but screaming and hanging up the phone on me, so yes u scammed two times, the first time for a full plate of griot u never sent and claimed u did and yesterday of a boullion by saying that u sent it when u knew very well u did not sent it. Your business scammed me out of more than $35 in total not counting the taxes and you did offered any solution but just kept my money. i would like my money back, so I am reporting this to my credit card. Tired of business trying to take advantage of others and scamming others. Shameful tactics and I will never order again from you . Have a good night! I hope u do not do this to other people.
