I’ll start by saying service was great, the staff is very kind and does a good job. Every drink I’ve gotten here I have enjoyed. I would recommend their iced coffees. The food is a bit underwhelming though. I am a huge fan of ginger molasses cookies and when I tried theirs it lacked any ginger. Though if you’re looking for simply a molasses cookie then I believe it would be a great option.

I want to like their coffee so badly, but just can't.They have the nicest staff, great menu, great atmosphere.But I've tried 2 different coffees from 2 different locations and it's just not good.The coffee was bitter and tasted ever so slightly burnt.

Lovely small location in the Glebe. Staff are quick and friendly. Have not tried the food, but beverages are always well-made and special instructions are followed. Has milk alternatives available. A good number of outlets for charging, too.

I have been trying to patronize this location for the past year as it was my favourite coffee shop in Old Ottawa South but their Wifi has become so outrageously bad it takes me 10 minutes to finish loading a single page. No exaggeration. I wrote to Bridgehead twice in the past 8 months begging them to improve it and nothing has changed so I've officially given up and will stop wasting my money sitting down with a coffee just to have to get up and leave five minutes later since I can't get any work done. Highly frustrating and disappointing. It makes me feel like they keep it poor on purpose because they don't want people coming there to work, which does not feel very welcoming. It's too bad because their staff is very kind and the vibe is nice. With all of the coffee shop competition in the neighbourhood you'd think they'd care. Lost a loyal customer.

Ok, so the deal is very simple. It's just another coffee shop down the road. But I was surprised with their flat white! It's exceptional. I loved their pastry variety as well as I tried the chocolate cookie and chocolatine and both taste just mouthwatering. Their decor has a bit industrial finish look but in a nice way. I will definitely visit them again if I'm in the area.
The batista made my hot chocolate to my specific way I wanted. Perfect and Delicious!

Visited for the first time recently and the location has plenty of seats. The coffee and tea were really good as so was the ginger cookie. The staff were friendly and genuinely looked like they ere having a good time and loved what they do. We will be back!
