Bridgehead has reliably good coffee. In this location, staff are consistently nice, and coffees come out in an orderly fashion. Bonus, this location is across from the bug CTire, so handy for errand running. The seating is comfortable, with room for about thirty without it feeling crowded. The high ceilings give it an airy feel. On the surface cleanliness is good, but a deep clean is needed. I was sitting beside a wall that was very dirty with coffee splashes and other dirt. I am always puzzled by things like this. Why not have your cleaners do a targeted deep clean once a month? Or have high abuse areas repainted? Anyway, for me it detracts from my enjoyment of any space.

Good coffee and great service. Staff were very friendly. Only complaint is that even though the coffee shop is rather big, the seating choices were minimal considering this location being popular. I think it could be arranged better with more seating availability.

I love Bridgehead coffee and their staff. It’s a local cafe started in Ottawa and I think it’s a great way to support our local community businesses especially as they are being swallowed up by the big guys. They provide a niche service and ambiance.Love visiting every time I’m back on break especially the Wellington and Beechwood branches.Kid-friendliness: My son loves getting his hot chocolate treat.

Excellent clean tasting coffee. Baked goods include gluten free are tasty. Clean, modern vibe. Too many chairs/stools are hard or uncomfortable. Enjoyed the place very much.
