Burgers are pretty good, but overpriced and the service is extremely slow and not very friendly. The mashed patty has a nice crispy sear on it, yet not burnt. The downside of the mash is that you lose all juiciness in the meat. The original sauce is pretty good too, kind of their take on a Big Mac sauce. If I had to guess I would say it has ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickles or pickle juice, and paprika.

BFFs used to be my favourite burger joint in Ottawa, until recently I will never go there again. I always go to the Bank street location and when I went last week the place was dirty as soon as you walked in, a huge difference from last year. Also the service wasn’t great, while I was there I believe the manager an African man was yelling and reprimanding 2 young woman staff I was very appalled. And the food was disgusting, tastes nothing like it used too. The food was not fresh, especially the burger meat like they claim it to be. I took two bites and threw my meal away, $20 worth. I don’t know if it’s because new management took over but I will never step foot in the franchise again. It is really a shame.

Very poor service, we ordered 11 burgers and they mixed up all the orders. We always come from Toronto to try them. We even brought family specifically to eat these burgers. This is the last time we are coming. They started checking the burgers with their hands, no proper food handling. We won’t be coming again. I wish I could give Negative stars. This place is losing its taste and service. Owners take care of your place if you would like repeated business. I never write bad reviews. This one deserves one.

I am so thankful for wonderful customer service! There was an error when I was placing my order, it ended up being for pick up instead of delivery when I spoke with the manager he came to deliver to me. The food is always good but the service is what brought it over the top to amazing. Thank you for making my night and my friends visit, I promised her the best burgers in Ottawa and thankfully they delivered!

Been here a few times, the American was a good burger. Also tried the specialty Donair Burger the other day. Was super messy (but super delicious!). Paying $14+ for just a burger though was a bit of a shock but can't complain about the taste. The donair burger had 2 sauces, parsley tomato garnish and a few donair meat slices so a bit pricey for what you get.

The food recipe was wonderful but the execution was horrible. We ordered 8 burgers. The Nashville hot was not hot and extremely dry. I ordered extra sauce and they did not even provide the complimentary ones much the less the extra ones. The store also did not pick up my phone calls.

I honestly think the burgers here are delicious and the staff is friendly but recently I have been getting uncooked burgers. It's not the first time, so I would advise anyone to check their burger before leaving the restaurant :/
Got the smash burger and two others from the menu. Was very disappointed with the quality of the burgers and fries. All over cooked and perhaps reheated patties. Don't buy into the high rating - its very average and unnecessarily pricey. Cleanliness was an issue with the floors not cleaned up and sticky under the table.

We were given a voucher for two free meals because we were previously given two raw burgers another time so we decided to go again tonight and ordered two original burger combos. The person taking our order confirmed that they were two original burger combos. However, when we returned home we realized both the burgers were beyond meat patties.The burgers were also cold. The service was extremely poor the last two times we’ve gone. This restaurant used to be great before the pandemic but it’s changed now so we will be taking our business else. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper that has better customer service and better burgers! It’s just not worth it anymore.
