Great place to get a burrito or nacho plate the size of your head. One order will likely be enough for 2-3 meals for some people. There are a variety of meats available and they are generous with toppings. Remains one of the few affordable staples for "fast" food takeout in the area while remaining relatively healthy (nacho's aside). The cheese has a different texture to it than other cheese, but that's a small complaint.

Food is usually good, sometimes inconsistent in terms of the mixture of ingredients and the quality of protein (I usually get Carne Asada Steak). The reason for my 1-star review is that I regularly order from this place and sometimes dine in. The last time we were in, we got there 40 minutes before closing time, by the time we got our order they told us that they were closing soon and there was no dine-in, to the point where we were asked to leave 20 minutes before closing time. It was not nice, and I recommend either changing the work hours to reflect the store opening and closing times and not the staff's shift, or retraining staff on customer service.

Worst service ever, we walked in just the 2 of us and he basically smashed our food into container like he was feeding inmates at the prison chow line. If I could give them a -5 star i would. Resisted the temptation to throw the food back at him.

Last time giving this place a chance.Burrito is always cold.The ingredients that are supposed to be hot,….veggies, rice & beans, tofu are totally cold. They put it in the heated press, which isn’t working because it only squishes everything together and doesn’t make any burn marks on the tortilla.Service is good however. Not the workers fault that the owner is trying to save moves on electricity.Get your $hit together Burrito Gringo! I might be a gringo, but I’m not stupid like one!Adios!

Was given hard shell tacos when I asked for soft shell tacos, was told very rudely by the girl working that these are soft shell tacos and if I wanted the soft ones I must ask for flour .After the aggressive conversation all my toppings were just thrown in the box haphazardly and the meal was basically a pile of toppings with some chips.The energy from the customer service given makes me want to never come back.
