Unbelievable!! Such a hidden little gem! From being seated, our server and the food was all impeccable. Honestly, it's hard to find win on all fronts nowadays but everything was great. The food was divine! Can't wait to go back!

Having been here about six times over the past year, it's unfortunate to see little things just chipping away at a place that I was comfortably recommending to friends, and am now advising they veer away from. This latest experience ended up being the most disappointing by far. The arancini is usually a safe bet, but it came out very quickly and was somehow lukewarm. We wondered if it have been made by accident for another table and was just sitting around until someone put an order in for it. I was looking to get the lamb ragu with pappardelle, and was informed by our server they'd switched from a red sauce to a butter and cream. This was fine, but what came out was so watery, the lamb simply clumped together, nothing adhered to the mafaldine, and it tasted neither buttery, nor creamy. Every time I lifted my fork, the pasta was flicking drops in every direction. The only saving grace here was that my girlfriend's ricotta and lemon anolini with asparagus crema and radicchio was quite good. I've also gotten the same question from people I know who visited with the intention of ordering the rigatoni with shrimp and vodka rosé sauce, only to find out it's no longer on the menu. I myself ran into that on visit number three, and can say I was disappointed, but the previous iteration of the lamb ragu was a decent alternative. I certainly understand the issue of seasonal availability of ingredients impacting what you can serve, but simply updating the menu online would go a long way toward addressing some of the confusion and not creating false expectations. All in all, it's just unfortunate to see a place that had become a favourite has increasingly let disappointments outweigh the positives. The service was polite, so we were too and tipped well, but unfortunately the goodwill that was built in those first couple of visits has now completely been eroded. A decent restaurant with some bright spots, just too inconsistent to continue frequenting.

Pasta Dishes were underwhelming for the price. Carbonara had no visible egg yolk and was served over very thick shells and not noodles. Dish was served in a bowl and was $24 Lamb Ragu pasta was also made with very thick noodles and lacked refinement. Also served in a bowl and was $27. Ambiance was really nice, too bad the food did not meet expectations.

Cacio Pepe was very good. I'd recommend the Caesar salad over the arancini. I did not love the fish but did enjoy the chicken last time I was at Cantina Gia. The Cini Tini is very good!!

I've been for brunch and dinner and I'm gonna keep coming back. Reasonably priced, beautiful restaurant, gorgeous bathrooms, and fantastic food. Haven't had a miss, even when trying food my friends got. No notes.

Such good food!!! Highly recommend eating here. Although we weren't a fan of the home fries being played on lettuce and having to share between those who also ordered them. A seperate plate would have been better. Otherwise, fantastic food and atmosphere

Great dessert and amazing design of the restaurant. The portions are also very big but the pasta was not nicely coated in the sauce which made the taste of it rather bland. Focaccia was okay, we had it with all the additions. I remember tasting something bitter and not well seasoned. Overall it was not the meal I enjoyed which was a shame considering it was my birthday dinner :) but it’s ok, we really hoped to have an enjoyable simple meal and maybe we would enjoy it a bit more if the hostess looked at us at least once when we came in. She was staring at her computer and coldly offering us to take a seat without looking at us even once! I understand she is very busy but aren’t we guests and wouldn’t it be nice to at least greet us with a smile? We felt very unwelcome. On top of that we got a cracked plate and had to chase the waitress to replace it.So, if you are looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a good comfort meal, this might be not the place for it.

Everything is amazing except for the fact that the tables are so close together that you end up sticking your butt in other people's faces when you get up or sit down at your table

The place is very pleasant and really pretty, quite high volume between the people and the music but warm atmosphere, really pretty old plates. Very good dish, only negative point was the really really really long service between dishes.Otherwise really nice nice address I recommend!

Went there for brunch on a whim. We were only able to get a window space with bar stools as all other spots were reserved. We actually liked the window as it was brighter than the rest of the space. The blueberry pancakes had an amazing pistacho crema on them. They informed me that they had ran out of large cups so my latte came in a smaller one, but they would make me a second one for free to make up for the size difference! Great service overall. I would return again.
