First I want to say this hurts me to write this review because I’m Caribbean and trying to support my people… with that said l; I’m very disappointed in this place. I wanted to share my culture with my manager and so we ordered 2 types of Haitian legume from my DoorDash account today. We ordered the vegetable legume and the lalo. We received our order and only 1 lalo. Not only was I embarrassed and had to share my meal but I also was a little ashamed. I was just trying to support this business as it’s new but ended up getting ripped off worst part is that nobody tried to even contact me on the matter or even try to give me another meal to make up for it. I paid 67$ after tax, delivery and tips to only received one meal, that cost 20$. There’s no way to get in contact with the restaurant, not only did they do not have a phone number to contact them but they do not have a website or email address!! How unprofessional!? This is 2023 why are we moving like it’s 1990? Thank goodness DoorDash will pay me back the money but I’m never ordering from this place. They literally stole 40$ from me and didn’t have the decency to even compromise. So I just want to warn people to be aware and careful when ordering from this place. If you MUST order from a 3rd party so they can at least fix your issues as I’m not sure this place cares about customer service.Vegetarian options: Never received it to even tell you if it was good or not.

Dily ( owner and chef ) ALWAYS has a huge smile on his face and his attitude is infectious. Always a pleasure to be served by him and wow the food, tried the turkey platter wow! The pikliz was something new to me but I learned I love it! If you are reading this, stop, drive there and order, pretty sure they do skip too.

Had a great food experience at the new Caribbean Flavours Resto-Bar on Merivale Road this evening . The owner, Dilly Larochelle is undoubtedly the heart, soul and spice of this wonderful establishment. You must try the stew chicken!!!
