This place gives you bad customer service, low quality products, stale buns and it all comes at a high price tag. The man working the counter is a grump and tells you you cannot customize your sandwich. Only mayo on one side of the week old bread topped with brown lettuce, soggy wet rotten tomatoes and discussing meat that is not fresh. Please avoid this place at all cost unless you want to waste your money on a really really bad sandwich. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would.

My partner and I stopped here to try their sandwiches, but we’re very disappointed. They give you trouble if you want to customize your sandwich, they only put mayo on one side of the bread and for the price, there is barely any meat on the sandwich. There are many other better Italian sandwich shops in Ottawa, we will not visit here again.

The homemade tiramisu was exceptionally good and cheap to buy. They also had cheeses and homemade spaghetti sauce, with and without meat. Park your car across the street in a city lot or beside the shop.

A fabulous place for all kinds of Italian foods. Excellent choice of pastas of types I didn’t know existed! Also greet selection on olives, olive oil, cheese and cold cuts. They also have a very good fresh meat counter. I tried their home made Italian sausage on the bbq. It’s was really tasty!
