I eat here for lunch almost daily.The menu choices are always well prepared, and nicely portioned.The soups..amazing.Even when something wasn't right, they did everything they could to make sure that it was.And the prices can't be beat.Highly highly recommend

I will say this to start - this review is not based on the food as I was never in the restaurant itself. But I was driving in a SNOW STORM tonight going 60km in a 60km zone and a Chef Ric’s van was weaving through traffic honking and flashing high beams at everyone on the road while riding their bumpers. Including myself. I watched as this action to jolt around me so aggressively caused a car to hit the curb as they were merging from a yield onto Riverside Drive. Honestly very disappointed in how dangerous and careless this driver was.

We ordered catering from Chef Ric's for a staff lunch- and it did not disappoint! Navin the coordinator was responsive, friendly and very helpful. On the day of delivery they had some delays due to vehicle issues, and we were kept informed both from Navin and the delivery driver on the ETA of our food. There was plenty of food for all of our staff, and everything was so tasty! We received veggie trays, cheese and crackers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and dessert squares. Chef Ric's is an excellent company in support of a wonderful cause. I would recommend!
Today, Cafe Ric's was serving breakfast. I ordered break- fast, the sausage could have been cooked more and the coffee was good, the service was good too.When I went back to the counter I asked an employee for more milk in my coffee and the employee counter added the milk. :) and I was happy.
