Beautiful old building with an excellent restaurant inside. We couldn’t stop looking around and just taking in how nice the building is. Our server was really friendly and helpful and kept us up to date as we waited for our food. Everyone seemed to really know what they were talking about and the service was very welcoming yet professional.Cocktail and wine selection is also excellent, both drinks we ordered were amazing!

Exceptional wedding experience at Courtyard Restaurant! We tied the knot in September, and Jacqueline, the venue coordinator, was an absolute delight – incredibly informative and made the entire process seamless. The setup was flawless, and our guests are still raving about the amazing food and attentive staff. The old stone ambiance provide an intimate setting that perfectly complimented our special day. We could not recommend a better venue if you are looking for a memorable celebration!

Meal was delicious. The only sore point..the veggies were raw and uncooked. Could not return them as this was a banquet type situation.

We had our wedding and reception October 2023 on Thanksgiving Sunday at the Courtyard Restaurant. We couldn't have picked a better venue!! The building is rich in history and speaks for itself. Our event Coordinator Jacqueline, was a god send, from our first meeting with her we knew we were in good hands!! She went above and beyond on the day executing our vision for the day perfectly, tweaking and taking care of any small or big issues that may have arisen...keeping us stress free! We can not say enough about how amazing she was. As was the front of the house staff...they were professional and so accommodating. The kitchen staff did created wonderful meals, the food was amazing, our guests are still talking about the food and the atmosphere they experienced that day. We highly recommend Courtyard for any special event you may have!!

We had our small wedding here in the fall. The food was delicious and was served as good as it was in the tasting. The sous-vide steak was to die for, as was the chicken. Menu fit well seasonally and it was great that pur guests could pick which meal they wanted on the day of, out of the 3 main options we chose to put on the menu. Cocktails and mocktails were amazing. They had a vegan virgin espresso martini which was amazing and inclusive for so many. The building itself is gorgeous. Staff was on top of everything. We had Jacqueline as our coordinator and she was great! No surprise costs at the end. Overall amazing experience!BETTER PHOTOS TO COME. LOLVegetarian options: Vegan options were SO delicious.Parking: Parking garage is beside, covered and paid. Or you might get lucky and find paid street parking during weeks and I think it maybe free on weekends (double check machines). You do have to walk over coblestone and down a step or two from what I could see but it's possible that there are more accessible ways which I did not see.

The Courtyard is literally located in a courtyard shared between several different restaurants. They serve refine local French cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. We shared the spinach salad with goat cheese and walnuts. It was delicious and large enough for 2. The goat cheese was rather creamy which I really enjoyed. Then we had the smoked pork dish, which was an elevated version of deconstructed poutine. The pork was so tender and flavorful. It was served with a mushroom sauce that I found way too salty. It came with wedged fries and melted cheese curds. Hubby had a glass of the Niagara wine and just loved it. He's been looking for it ever since with no luck. He regrets not buying a bottle while there. Overall a great dining experience.

We dined outdoors in the courtyard. Our server, Anna was enthusiastic and so pleasant. The Cobb salad we shared had the most tasty chicken on it. It was marinated and crispy and perfectly cooked. A beautiful presentation.

We booked a reservation for brunch on Sunday , they called me Saturday evening informing me that they have a system error and they over booked with another big group , so our booking is postponed by 2 hours . They have no respect for our time , giving the reservation to a big group (making more $$$ is more important to this restaurant). Will not book this restaurant ever again .

Lovely courtyard atmosphere.. The lady serving was most gracious. The BLT was great, lots of fries came with it, but the mushroom quiche was tiny- new cuisine?

I rarely enjoy brunch restaurants but Courtyard is great. The ambiance feels historical, while the service is friendly and attentive. I liked their complimentary pastry with brunch too. Nice and warm. For some reason this place has some of the best fries I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and crispy and great with the smoked ketchup. The duck pancetta was flavourful and crisp, while the hollandaise was executed well (no splitting/lumpiness in the sauce). The Benedict was served on a biscuit rather than an English muffin which worked well. While the outer layer of the biscuit took on the yolk and hollandaise, the inside was still fluffy. The smoked fish mousse was great with the toast. I highly recommend this place for brunch.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Courtyard Restaurant and it was wonderful. It was absolutely perfect and everything we ever wanted it to be. We could not have asked for better. Our event coordinator, Jacqueline, was amazing along with the rest of the staff, and the food was delicious. If you're looking for a venue to host a smaller wedding ceremony and reception this is the perfect spot.
