This is my favorite Haitian resto. The only problem is the macaroni is always spoiled. I love it with the plate all together so I get disappointed when I open it and it smells spoiled or like it isn’t kept refrigerated. All of the food on the menu is excellent I have never been disappointed with my whole meal just the macaroni. The djon djon rice was dry (good flavour though), plantains were cooked perfectly but tasted like they were fried in old oil. I’ll give the restaurant another try in the future because it seems authentic, and the staff are very kind. Hoping it was just a one-
