Worst DQ in the city. Waited 30 minutes for them to serve 8 guests and they wouldn’t honor a coupon that I had in app and advertised all over the store. The coupon was completely valid as well.

Though the service was good, it felt more like I was an inconvenience. There were so many people behond the counter. I do appreciate seeing co-workers enjoying eachothers company, I just...as a costomer don't like feeling like I am intruding on your fun. You know?

I order on skip yesterday afternoon at 11am. I ordered an original crispy chicken sandwhich. When i received my order, the bun and chicken were rock hard. Super disappointed, even more so because I ordered at open.

Great and friendly service. Second visit for ice cream cakes specifically. Will definitely use these guys again. A little out-of-the-way for us but worth it.

My girlfriend purchased an ice cream cake for myself and the chocolate ice one the bottom of the cake was sour. I got a flamethrower burger like a month previous. the burger patties were old and cold.

This is another long standing location. It is usually always good. Our last visit the ice cream tasted off. We still ate and enjoyed it.

I've gone to this location quite a few times over the years, but in recent months the quality has gone down massively. Whenever I order a blizzard from this location it is somehow already half melted. If I order extra toppings in my ice cream, I either do not get it, or they put just a tiny bit of it in. Adding brownie pieces to my cookie dough blizzard shouldn't mean only finding two pieces of brownie. The location also appears to be quite dirty and not well maintained.Update: LOL love the copy and paste responses from the owner. One guy was complaining about having no toilet paper in the washrooms and the owners response was that they were sorry he didnt enjoy his visit. The poor guy just needed toilet paper!

The blizzard was very nice and a great treat. The location itself wasn’t fantastic, it was dirty and staff were busier with their discussion than helping incoming customers.

We visited recently. Ordered 2 blizzards and a buster bar. Unfortunately the blizzard was missing a topping. The staff replaced it with a new blizzard no problem. The buster bar was not what I expected or remembered. It was smaller, had a whopping 7 peanuts and no fudge to be found. A disappointment for the price.

The staff was pretty quick at dealing with the long line, but the entire place smelled like wet dog.
