Really great breakfast! Our server was fantastic. Some nice Ottawa views as well from the window seats! Lots of parking (for a fee) in the Rideau Centre/Westin parking.

We got scammed really because on the website it's said 34$ for the breakfast brunch but on New Years day its 84$, we noticed when you received our check, talked to the manager and he said oh on NY day it's different. 84$ for a breakfast.... Not worth it at all.. like common its the westin hotel not the Chateau Montebello... and we hate for probably 10$ each. Also the server was so rude from the get go, of you don't want to work on Ny day just dont she made us feel weird all the way,

Convenient, good breakfast . Good variety. I had a very good oatmeal with fruit and nuts. My husband had bacon and poached eggs. Just know, it ain’t cheap. The buffet is $34.

Had the smoked salmon bagel which was delicious. Huge portion size. Staff was kind and friendly. Forgot to get her name but she was very courteous and kind. Great atmosphere.

This time we were seating next to a party of 8-10 people and they were noisy. Normally it is very quiet most of the times we were there. So next time we will request not to be seated next to big party group. This is our favorite place anywhere and we keep coming back.

I made reservations for my Mother's Birthday for Sunday Brunch, they were not necessary as it was practically empty and they didn't bother with my reservation. Everything was good; good food, good service, good view, as well as good ambiance.

The whole dining experience at days was dismal. The waitresses were stressed not happy and we were left on our own most of the time It was a birthday celebration for me after having an amputation on my foot. The date was August 27th for brunch. All was a disappointment
I've given a review before, but I had a different server this time and went on a different day. Still for brunch. It is still really good food, the server was really on the ball. I had a really great time taking my daughter there for her birthday.
Experience didn't match the cost. Food was average. Many items that should have been hot were cold. Waffles were lacklustre. Breakfast meats lacked flavour. Mimosas are extra. 2 brunch, 2 mimosa, all in $120.

The restaurant had a big and well stocked breakfast buffet. It had your normal hot and cold breakfast items. The smoked salmon was good. I would consider going back if I was in Ottawa again.
