Coffee and baked goods were great, but terrible service. Waited over 45min for a muffin and a cookie. Eventually had to ask for those to go.. and still waited another 15min. Kept telling us they were busy with online orders… and then eventually told us they forgot about the order ?

The bread in the sandwich and cookies were stale. The coffee was bad. I can't think of anything positive to say about this place except maybe the atmosphere? Not worth your money. Go somewhere else.

I’ve gone here a few times and tried to like it but I just don’t. The neighbourhood has so many good coffee shops and bakeries and cafes. You should go to another one.The vibe sucks. The staff is grumpy and hasn’t ever made me feel like this is a community space or like they want to chat or are happy to be there.Coffee is fine. Baked goods are ok at best. I tried the oat bowl and it was gross and didn’t eat it.

Went in there at 3 oclock. Ordered 5 coffees. The teen working the counter said there was not enough in the pot. And she would have to make a new pot apparently this was too much work for her.... so i ordered a sandwhich instead, again the young lady whom i had to repeat myself multipul times to because she was listening to music with headphones in, said she cant help me because the kitchen is closed. Just mind bottling how this place stays afloat if they are declining sales.

My partner and I came to drip house today to buy some coffee and sit to do some work. Super nice vibe and set up, great coffee and croissant.Not sure if it just wasn’t her day, but the barista who served us behind the counter was without a smile with headphones in while we placed our order. When I say without a smile, I mean zero smile. She later came to clear our plate and, again, death stare with the headphones in: Service and staff make up a big part of a cafe vibe and unfortunately this really bummed our experience. I know times are tough and service is a tough industry but… there are cool drip houses with nicer staff in town.
I love this cafe. I go here rarely and it's always good. Great coffee and food. Lots of space to sit and enjoy.

Coffee and atmosphere are excellent but I have to say, I found the food quite disappointing. I ordered a cinnamon bun, chicken caesar wrap, and pasta salad. The cinnamon bun was very stale. The wrap was totally soggy and mostly unsalvageable. I realized after I left the cafe that the bottom of the pasta salad container indicated a date that was from four days before. I called the cafe to ask how many days they keep food before they discard it and they said they continue selling food until after four days. Maybe others are ok with eating four-day-old food but personally, I was grossed out and threw out the food. If I wanted to eat four-day-old food, I’d look in my fridge lol but when paying high-priced cafe food, I am not expecting to be paying for food that has been sitting for four days. Will return for coffee but I won’t be buying anything from the fridge here again.
