Tried Freshi for the first time. It's ok if you're into salads with chicken. My niece had a Pokii Bowl, which consists of brown rice chicken, avocado carrots and a variety of other things. It came with sesame dressing on the side. She said it was ok and filled the gap. I only tried a kids wrap with cheese and chicken. It was uh, ok. Will post a picture. Service was slow they made multiple online orders before my order. They were not busy at all and I was the only person in the store. I had waited five minutes to have my order taken and had to wait 15 more minutes for my food. All I had gotten was a soup and snack combo. The soup was pre made and only had to be portioned into a to go cup and the wrap wasn’t made until all the online orders where completed. The food was good which is why I had left 2 starts.

I went in to this store today hoping to get a salad and a drink. i got the salad but was missing two items i requested and one i paid extra for. i didnt get a drink since the worker didn’t ask if i wanted one and just got me to pay. they didn’t have the sauce i wanted and put on another sauce without telling me until later i wish i didnt tip the 20%. also is crazy expensive and not worth it
