The best fish and chips dish in the neighbourhood, by a long shot. Also great pizzas and nachos. But their other dishes have also never left me disappointed, particularly their breakfasts. Service quality is regularly above-average, friendly and - most of all - 100% honest. Personally, I have no service quality complaints.

Horrible service and food. Had to wait forever but i guess whom ever they were texting was more important. This place has no customer service talk to you like you're nothing. After waiting for my food i got hair in it. Gave me attitude and said it was mine. What a joke. Took it back and their mistake was taking it out then returning the same plate. As if i wouldn't notice. I dont even know why anyone would stop here and waste their hard working money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. On a trip or live in the area go somewhere else you will thank me for it.

I had high expectations for this establishment but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. The food was awful; it took forever, was under cooked, and it wasn’t even busy. The staff were very rude to my children and wife. We couldn’t finish the meal and when they picked up the food that was 90% uneaten they smiled and took it back to the kitchen and returned with the bill. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.

Without a doubt one of the best breakfasts in Ottawa. Warm friendly service from the fabulous wait staff. Unlimited coffee and tea and prices very reasonable.

Best Gabriel's I've visited in Ottawa! The owner is super friendly and remembers you when you come back. Big slices that are always fresh as this location is inside a mall with pretty heavy foot traffic. I used to come here several times a week while I was in the area, hope the owner is doing alright with the COVID 19 restrictions...

If you've been to one, you've likely been to them all. One of many in a growing chain of pizza places in Eastern Ontario. If you're a fan of classic pizza, you can't really go wrong by going to Gabriel's. The sauce is pretty solid and if you're a fan of cheese, then you've found your even. Have been very satisfied with both regular and thin crust options.This particular location is a good place to grab a pizza, but if I were you, pass on the Pepsi product and head next door to Beer Revolution to grab a great craft beer to go with your slices.
