Great service and atmosphere. Got the lobster ravioli and i might as well have eaten salt by the spoonful cause it was barely edible, and for the price its really unfortunate. The gnocchi was bland and everything else just tasted like an affordable italian restaurant.

Came here for my birthday and the service was terrible. The server "Tony" made a comment saying "I'm lots of fun and have lots of money" to a friend as well made another comment to a friend saying "that's all you're going to tip me?" I expected this place to be a better experience for my birthday but it really just brought my mood down and wasn't special at all. I waited 20mins for a drink and there wasn't even a birthday cake included in the dinner as "they don't do that", probably the most unprofessional experience I've had at a restaurant. Very disappointing. Food was mediocre as well and you get charged $4.5 for tap water in a bottle with their company name on it. Worst experience I've had at a restaurant.

Held a business dinner meeting with Giovanni's in their private dining room. I have to say that I was blown away by the quality and care of service. So attentive, yet warm and caring. One of our server's, named "Jam" was impeccable. Thank you again for making my dinner meeting a great success. I could not directly comment on the food since I presented but my guests thoroughly enjoyed.

Wonderful dining experience. Staff were attentive cordial accommodating experienced with children made me feel like royalty on my 75th birthday celebration that my son and daughter in-law and 2 grandsons kindly treated me to. The sea bass and vegetables were award worthy they were so delicate to the palate and I never had a more delicious tiramasu the amerone from valpolicelli was smooth. Over all an outstanding experience. Many thanks to all the staff.Parking: It was valet parking

We chose Giovanni for our Valentine and anniversary day,unfortunately their price on online menu and valentine menu were different, which costed us 500$ for 2 persons,they charged us even 10$ for water which should be included,in general I think they charged us 250$ extra for nothing ,don't waste your time and money, not recommended ?
