Amazing place, very friendly staff and absolutely delicious chicken. Been twice now and ordered the Holly’s hot chicken sandwich….. was astonished at how good it was. Keep up the great work!! Everyone needs to go here at some point. Also the chipotle Mac and cheese is also delicious.

I love chicken-wing so much. When first time trying holly hot chicken wing, I was surprise it tasted so good,Juicy and crunchy. Love it❤️ but recently the taste changed. Sometimes good sometimes plain. All by luck until last night, when I opened the box, I felt??because only 3 wings and 7 are drums. For a wing lover, it’s not ok…. At least 4?And taste plain and no juicy at all. I recommended to all my friends but maybe anymore. First photo was took by first time. And second was last time.

In my opinion, Hot Holly's has the best chicken sandwiches and the best doughnuts in Ottawa. You won't be disappointed. I ordered the habanero, hot honey and 3 plain Jane's (for the kids. The habanero was hot and the hot honey was the perfect marriage of sweet & spicy. The kids loved the plain Jane. I can say enough good things about their doughnuts. Not greasy and the filling is perfection ?

I had a great first experience at Holly's. A little out of the way spot downtown with delicious fried chicken and crispy fries, with very friendly staff.I had the Holly's Hot chicken sandwich with fries and a locally made can of pop that was good with an interesting, progressive story to the company. The chicken was very tasty and well spiced, although not that hot, which I was warned about ahead of time, and there are hotter options available. The fries were very crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, and the fresh doughnut for dessert a very satisfying end to the meal.My girlfriend had the Mac and cheese, and it was a little cumin-y for me, but she loves the stuff and loved the dish!I'll be going back next time I'm in the area for sure.

If you live in Hintonburg and haven't tried Holly's hit chicken, you've been missing out!!! This is the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in years. They also have amazing donuts and their fries are just delish! Not a big place to sit down and eat but I'd recommend the take out.

With the amazing reviews for Hollys Hot Chicken I thought I should give it a try. The front cashier was amazingly patient with me trying to figure out what to order. The donuts smelt amazing - I wish they had a non custard option. I ordered the honey hot chicken sandwich along with the Mac and cheese. The sandwich had an amazing crisp to it. It’s exactly what you’d want a fried chicken sandwich to be. The downfall was it wasn’t very flavourful crisp. Seasoned salt would go a long way with this sandwich. The Mac and cheese wasn’t my cup of tea - I’m not exactly sure how to describe the flavour. Maybe like cheesy tomato soup. With the many options around I’m not sure I’d return.
