Why is it difficult to get a refund/a credit for cold food SkipTheDishes Spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone who has the same expectation as I do... But wouldn't refund me because he said the restaurant refused to... Even though he said if he got cold food he would not expect to pay for it. So the new moto for House of pizza is if "we will deliver you cold food and you still have to pay for it!!" Will I ever recommend House of Pizza... We will see if they resolve this issue Yes if they do not then No.
Great food, served hot and fresh. Fried chicken dinner is a winner!!! The pizza was generously loading with toppings and delicious. Friendly and courteous staff made my first experience a memorable one. Thanks for a great feed.

Tried them for the first time tonight and shall not be calling back. Pizza showed up and toppings had slipped off into side of box. Crust was thin and soggy and couldn't hold up. Had to use knife and fork. Also, garlic dipping sauce was little more than mayo with garlic powder. Overall, just a waste of money. Try Super Duper...blows these guys out of the water...
