If you’re someone who enjoys authentic Asian food, anime and a down to earth atmosphere then Kuidaore is the spot. My fiancé and I came here and we cannot stop talking about this place. The manager is super friendly and the food is very flavourful!

One of the most unique ramen places in Ottawa. Service was absolutely amazing despite being super busy with only 1 waiter and 1 waitress. Chicken karage and the gyudon rice dish with extra beef was delicious. I have no complaints there. Ramen is great but their broth I find is less rich than places like Sensotei. If their ramen broth had a richer flavour profile, I think this place would knock it out of the park. Menu is diverse and inclusive for all diners with dietary restrictions.Would recommend to come try the food and experience the adorable ambience.

LOVE this place but unfortunately they just took away some vegetarian miso broth options in favor of adding fish - was very disappointed as this was a great place to go for vegetarian miso. Guess they can't serve it vegetarian anymore because of how it is prepared. They still have tan tan and tomato broth that is vegetarian though.Other than that it's all great! It used to be my favorite place for ramen before the miso change, but tan tan is still so yummy and atmosphere and people are amazing.Vegetarian options: Used to be better - only 2 broth options now for vegetarian b/c they recently made the change to make their miso with fish. But everything is clearly labeled which is nice (what has egg, what doesn't ect.) vegetarian options clearly labeled and trustworthy

I went with my friend and it was really busy so the service was a bit slow but it was still very good! We went mainly to try the different alcohol and it had a good variety of sake and umeshu! We celebrated a very special occasion here so we went all out. We started with the wasabi shrimp tempura and kaki fry. The wasabi shrimp was addictive! For mains, we ordered spicy salmon roll, Dragonite roll and the salmon aburi, all of which were pretty good. And finally, we got a yuzu cheesecake and their cookies and cream fried ice cream. Even though we had a lot, we didn’t feel too stuffed and enjoyed our meal. We also really liked the vibe of the restaurant - it was casual, decorated with vibrant art and it was buzzing!
