Dined in, service was slow, food quality was low. I went because there was a mix of negative and positive reviews and was curious which were accurate. I can say now the negative reviews were more in line with my experience. Given how much you will be paying for two people to eat, the quality of food and service would need to be much higher.

The best Indian restaurant in the city. Small portions, but excellent food and atmosphere. Hidden gem.

The very best buffet I've ever had, food, moist and delicious, best samosas, gluten free Onion Bhaji and Tarka Dhal I have ever tasted. And sweets to finish. Our server recommended sauces per our dishes, over the top! Top 5 of any eating out in Ottawa since my second arrival in 1997. My son and daughter in law know it well from days at Carleton when noon buffet was lined up down the street. How could I not have known? I'll be back soon. Oh and a fully stocked bar. Thank you!

If I could award this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I paid over $60 for two of the smallest containers of lamb korma and aloo gobi I have ever seen, a rock-hard nan, an overcooked and under-seasoned order of onion bhaji. As an Indian person, I know how the gravies should be, even though they vary from home to home. The aloo gobi was half oil and tasted sour. The korma gravy had separated and was clumpy. The price of the food for the portion and value was highway robbery. I’m very disappointed that I could’ve paid slightly more to get a basket of groceries for several meals.

I’ve been going here for years. The service is excellent and owners are very friendly. The food is great and reasonably priced for all that you get.

So good and authentic. I have ordered with my friends and family at least 5 times and each time it is satisfying.

I was very disappointed in the flavor of the food. It was very bland. I’ve never had poor tasting butter chicken in my life. The food used to be good but it has really changed. The naan bread is not warm and very dry. The drumstick is dry too. It’s too bad that the food is no good. The service is fine.

My favourite Indian restaurant in Ottawa for 20 years or more. Always good food. Great staff. So happy they appear to have survived the past few years.

Best indian foods in the area. The boss is very friendly. Only downside is that you can’t be on an hurry if you dine in. Highly recommend the place. Naan bread is insanely good.

The food is delicious and filling and despite what appears to be small portions, they're the perfect size. I recommend getting several and sharing. The garlic naan is always

I'm thrilled to have discovered the best Indian restaurant in Ottawa! We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The Mango Lassi was refreshingly delicious, and the Lamb Masala was bursting with flavor. The Daal Tarka was comforting, and the Chicken Tandoori was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Chef Sanjay's expertise truly shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit spot. The food quality and presentation were on par with a 5-star hotel. I can't wait to return for another delightful meal! This restaurant is a true gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable Indian dining experience.

We went there at 9pm on Friday and they did not lot us in stating that they have already closed. Although the timing on google maps said it closes at 9:30pm.When asked the same, they said they do not take dine in customers past 9pm. Then they should change the timings on their storefront. Very misleading
