Not bad, when its open. In the last two weeks I've gone there two times for lunch and they've been closed both times

I checked online. It said openMy husband got off work yesterday came and picked me up and we drove 25min to this place to find it was flashing open but the window was closed and no one was there. Then we drove home. All together spent 50min driving for nothing. My husband was not happy at all said he will never drive to this place again. On Uber eats it says unavailable for uber orders 90% of the time. Why????The people who work here have massive attitudesAnytime they have actually been there they are not welcomingThey are rudeEntitledIt’s extremely unfortunateTheir food is good. My favorite for a food truck. But the service is belowAnd the attitudes are uncalled forAnd the fact they don’t open up Uber ordersAnd have their online listing as open when no one is there shows how inconsiderate they are. Apparently only their time is valuable.Security was walking by yesterday and said this place has been closed for a few weeks! If your closed down change your online listing to closedSo people are not wasting their time.Regardless how insignificant we are to youHave some respect

Would give zero since I showed up at 6:25pm and no one ever came to take our order. I was going to spend what’s left of my pay check after I’ve been taxed up the a$$ but you couldn’t be bothered to come to the window. You snooze you lose.

The ice cream here is not good enough for the staff to be acting the way they do. This is my boyfriend’s favourite ice cream so we go here regularly. The staff have been extremely rude to us several times we have gone. One time we walked up to the counter and said hi, the girl turns to her (older) coworker and goes “i don’t want to serve these people can you do it?”. another time i had just got my ice cream and as we were walking away from the counter someone bumped into me and knocked it out of my arms. i went back to the counter as they have a huge sign that says they’ll replace dropped ice cream. they gave me a dirty look when they saw i had dropped it. i offered to pay for it again because i didn’t want to deal with their disdain and they said “oh no it’s fine”, when 30 seconds before it was a problem. tonight we went at 9pm to get some ice cream and the open sign was on and opening hours from 11-11. we knocked on the window once and the girl ignored us so we knocked again and she just motioned through the window that it was closed…. like turn off the sign. these people are incredibly rude and have no idea how to run a business or do customer service.

After devouring an apple pie BeaverTail, I needed a beverage to wash down what I had consumed. Next to BeaverTail was Lois 'n' Frima's Ice Cream. It seemed like the perfect place to get a beverage. This stop ended my snack-hopping stint at ByWard Market on a Thursday afternoon. I look back at how much damage I did. The funny part was that I had a yummy carb-heavy lunch, and ended up getting gelato, a shake, fruit and dessert fondue, and a BeaverTail afterwards. It was a good snack tour. It's one of my favourite moments being on vacation in Ottawa. It was completely indulgent. I waited in line. There was a family ahead of me, trying to decide what everyone wanted. It was enough time for me to figure out what drink I wanted. I spotted Slush Puppies. Buying one seemed perfect on yet another hot summer day in the city. When I got there, I asked the woman what Slush Puppies flavours were available. She was shocked that there wasn't a sign and almost doubted that there wasn't one. If there were a sign, I wouldn't have asked you what flavours you had. It was quite the weird interaction. Her sidekick rattled off every flavour effortlessly off the top of her head. Perhaps that's why there isn't a menu with all Slush Puppies flavours. You have this amazing creature spewing the list of flavours for you. Cream soda sounded great. I got a medium. I paid with a credit card. It took maybe three minutes to get my drink. I thanked the woman who handed it to me and walked over to my car, drinking it. A Slush Puppies should be slushy. Mine was not. I felt like I was drinking a cream soda, minus the carbonation. It wasn't horrible. Just not what I had expected. Maybe the machine didn't like the hot weather and refused to slush out. The cream soda flavour was good. It was sugary, so I'm glad that I did not go with a large. This stall does have hot dogs, poutine, chili, and more. Maybe they are prepared better than the Slush Puppies that I consumed. (321)

Soft serve ice cream is made with powder artificial milk by products. Yellow in color and a slushy granular awful textured fake cone to avoid at all costs. If you want soft serve cones made with real cream I suggest you try somewhere else. Took a lick and in the trash it went for $5 for a baby size.

Over priced, poor quality soft ice cream. I was sick the next day. There are much better options in the market area for the same price.

Ice cream texture and taste is off, feels like they serve some diluted ice cream mix

Chocolate soft serve is my favourite thing so I’m sad. The soft serve here is overpriced ($6.50 for a small) and smaller then average in size. It was also very bad tasting. Watery, slushy like texture and gritty looking. Not ice cream. Nothing creamy about it. Not at all the soft serve one is used to or would expect and no indication otherwise. One bite and I threw it out. Lovely service, very bad product.

You want a slow and painful experience and to be overcharged well you are at the right place.
