Extremely rude lady serving needs to find a new job. Tried to screw me over on a 2for 1 offer, then I asked for extra soya sauce pack she said I gave you 2 already. No dish for soya sauce in my take out order, no Wasabi or ginger. Not the first time I deal with this rude server, but it's definitely the last time I stop there. There's a Bento sushi at the food court I don't need her attitude.

Extremely rude female server. Asked for an extra package of soya sauce for my take out order she rudely said I gave you 2 already. They usually give you a small dish for soya sauce and a small Wasabi and ginger package none this time. Not the first encounter with this very bad server, first time I figured she's having a bad day, guess all her days are bad ones. Won't be having sushi there anymore there's a Bento sushi in the mall in the food court better service and food is great. See ya Mac's sushi no more sushi from you......

There is a very rude female staff at the sushi bar. When we arrived, she ignored us completely and was on her phone. My friend said hello 3 times before she looked at us. We asked a question about a tray, she answered harshly and stepped away. She turned her back on us and never looked our way again. I really wanted to eat some sushi that evening…I don’t think she even realized when we left.

Oh my god. This was - hands down - the best takeout sushi I’ve eaten in Ottawa. Pro-tip: the slash their prices as the evening goes on but the stuff is still super fresh. I bought an Aladdin roll and some yellow pickled radish. 10/10. Perfection. Absolutely will be back.

the female staff or owner was the rudest person I ever met. we went to this shopping mall while waiting for my husband to visit his father at the hospital near by. My 3 years old baby wanted to have sushi so I went this place at the shopping mall. unfortunately she grabbed one of sushi which she made a bit mess (just rolls were not in line. could've fixed easily. we never opened!!! we literally held the box of sushi for 5 secs) then all of sudden my baby said she wanted to pee. if you were ever been a parent that's something that mom can't expect or make 3 year old hold off. I had to run to the washroom and told the staff or the female owner that we will come back. I had no idea of where the washroom is and went downstairs to look for it. the staff followed and prbly yelled a couple of times to stop us which I had no idea (wearing a winter hat and rushing to the bathroom). I turned around and she said you havr to pay for the sushi. i told her we are going to the washroom and coming back. she was incredibly rude and told me she dosent trust me. I went back (afterthe washroom) and paid for the sushi. instead of apology she said she dosent trust anyone. such mean attitude. that dosent mean you can be mean to every single customers. if she is miserable andshe hates dealing with customers why does she keep serving customers with the rudest attitude and ruining people's day like that?? train her of how to serve customers first
