I love these salads. They're so fresh, with balanced flavours and textures, and just yum. Also, the restaurant is very clean and the service is quick and polite.In terms of price, a single salad bowl is about $19 (including tip) so it's not an everyday place. But for a "fast food" salad, it's one of the best!I like the Santa Fe bowl the best :)

LOVE Mad Radish, one of my go-to places for lunch. Pretty sure I ate here almost twice a week during their Buy 4 Get 1 Free promo. Great service, even at the very end of the day!If you go during the lunch rush try to have a bit of cash on hand for a tip, one of the Interac machines doesn't have a tip option and with their amazing service when the line is 20 deep, they all deserve a tip for sure! :)

I’ve been going to the Glebe location for years but unfortunately the portions sizes are much smaller and I am left hungry after my meal. Not worth the $16 at all. It’s unfortunate because I love the healthy options but won’t be going back since I’ve been dissatisfied with the portion sizes for a few months now.

What an incredible experience. I was trying to arrange a lunch meeting that started at 11am and every place I contacted for individual lunches could not do delivery for 11am. Mary was extraordinary. She not only made this delivery possible but went out of her way to make sure this was stressless for me. The food was incredible, arrived before 11am and made exceptions to get the items by customers wanted to enjoy. Stephanie was also amazing. She was able to help me when I couldn't sign in and made sure the extra items I needed were added. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mad Radish, in particular to Mary and Stephanie for making my event successful. Everyone could not stop talking about how delicious and fresh all the food was!!Visiting their stories or having them cater is a must!!!! They are amazing with amazing food!! 10 stars if possible.
Perfectly adequate lunch spot, it does get a bit busy if you go around noon so be prepared to wait in line and don't expect to have a seating area. Food quality is exactly as you'd expect, relitively fresh and average size portion. My suggestions would be to get a bowl with rice and greens instead of just rice, as you get a significant amount of it already. Also I'd suggest not to get a custom bowl as it starts at 3 toppings, and they charge an extra dollar per scoop and it can add up quickly.

First visit and am very impressed. Delicious salad, made even better due to the compostable packaging. I usually don't get takeaway salads because of the clear plastic lids - this is a great example of how they are absolutely not necessary! Also love the mini desserts. Will definitely be back to try some other options.

I ordered 2 meals at the Bank street location and they were incorrect. There was no protein that we ordered for the bowls (chicken and beef). The Mixed greens and brown rice showed up as white rice and very little greens. The brownie tastes like soil...

Last week, I was actually pretty unimpressed because they made my order wrong twice, and I felt like I was blamed for not being clear because I had my mask on. She didn’t seem interested in correcting my order and moved on immediately to the next customer who was also the only customer there (so it wasn’t during the lunch rush). I had also tried to use the app for the first time and it wasn’t working so it was all very frustrating. However the lady at the register taking my payment was amazing which helped.I tried again today using the app, and it was super busy. I didn’t mind waiting but a lady who I don’t think was actually on her shift saw me waiting and went into the kitchen to get my order going. It was unexpected and very much appreciated. She was providing beyond amazing customer service so I would say redeemed and this location is deserving of five stars given their (at minimum) two quality staff members.

Last Saturday we ordered 3 meals and waited for almost an hour and it was only prepared after i gave them the order number. One of dishes was 'build your own bowl' and half the items were missing. I could tell the staff was completely uninterested in working at that branch (Bank st) and the attitude and food preparation reflected that!
