Even though it wasn't very busy, the area around the tables and trash cans was very dirty. My burger's bun was so burnt and hard. The French fries were cold. These are the worst McDonald's fries I've ever eaten in my life. Incredibly bad food quality. The atmosphere is so gloomy and I don't think I'll ever come back. It was a very depressing dining experience. I didn't complain because I said I wouldn't be coming back.

of no fault of the employee who served me, I was highly disappointed in my experience with this McDonald's. every time I go it feels severely understaffed. worst part is i think the manager was in today and it still took me 30 minutes to get my order. if i wasnt on a work break id have spent a bit more time to make a formal complaint. I had to ask the one decent employee I saw to remake my coffee because they sat there for 25 minutes while I was waiting for whoever was in the back to complete my small order. heard whoever was back there on a lengthy call. in the end I finally got home and noticed they missed two hashbrowns from my order. wasn't worth going back but definitely not coming here again. Wendy's and Subway are just around the corner

If there was a 0 star that’s what I would give this place is horrendous!! It’s very dirty, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years!! Waited 20min for order while it sat in a bag on the side of counter so food was cold, fries were stale!!! No napkins in the restaurant there are flies all over the walls floors are disgusting. Please choose any other McDonald’s in the city this was worst experience ever!
This Macdonalds is the worse, it’s slow by the time you get your food it’s cold hard French fries the staff here are very rude and DO NOT have manners and honesty some of them should NOT be working with customers this is not the first time I have encountered this and something needs to change!!!
