Tuesday afternoon I waited for 15 minutes for an order that nobody on the staff felt like taking care of. I was so frustrated I took my money back and left the store and I will never go back. Unforgivable disorganization, a bunch of people running around like headless chickens. Mobile ordering and McDelivery services are destroying the customer experience, waiting 15 minutes watching food being prepared for people that can't even be bothered to come get it themselves is beyond infuriating.Mcdonalds a multi-billion $$$ company no excuse for such a poor level of customer service. Unless the corporation just doesn't care, which honestly is pretty likely

Just came back from ordering 2 breakfast burritos. Took a bite...cold. not even luke warm, cold. I understand you have to get food out quickly, but please make sure it's prepared right. Generally my experience with this location is poor food quality (even by McDonald's standards), fast service, friendly staff enough, but for now I think I'll go to the Bank st. location

Cleaner, faster, friendlier, and they don't forget your straws or forks. Overall just outstanding compared to other McDonalds in the area (namely the one on Bank which is run terribly). Was worth it to write a review!
