The only reason to use this McDonald’s is quicker access to the Bus. Half the menu and significantly worse service than the one in the parking lot.

Round up from 1.5 stars to 2.0 stars. Dirty restaurant with a poor ambiance and poorly cooked french fries and with average service. The service was ok and the person serving us was reasonably nice and that is the only reason why I am not giving a 1-star review. The ambiance was very poor because some of the lights were broken and some of the tables were very dirty and the floor was quite dirty. The 2 sausage and egg sandwiches were good but the fries were not cooked properly and the pop didn't have any fizz. For the reasons I have stated in this review, I highly encourage and recommend the staff to listen to this review and try to make the changes I have requested so McDonald's can be good for everyone.

I'm a regular at the Billings Bridge location. The manager and staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome ?. They make my ice coffees just the way I like it! Thanks for the great service ?.

Very poor speed, the indian Asian staff are cheap they charged me for a cup of water it was always free but the manager came out and charged me! They speak poor english, they tend to put less milk than asked for to save!!! Very rude and low class. Same cheap staff at BK, DQ whereever they go the make service cheap, giving bad quality spoons at some tim hortons is just another cheap move. They are giving a bad reputation to all these world brands, i hope they kick such cheap owners out of franchises.

They still have their pandemic glass up, and the ladies working the cash were low talkers - very hard to communicate with them. Tried to get a chicken sandwich happy meal and they said that wasn’t a thing (it is). Ordered the chipotle quarter pounder and it came with so much bbq sauce it got everywhere… and sure enough there were no napkins in the bag. The napkins are held hostage behind the pandemic glass and you have to ask for them… cue another round of trying to communicate through a glass wall.

We bought 2 mac chicken menus with coffee instead of cola. It was disgusting. Cold potatoes. Quite cold. And no, we didn’t go there for long, they immediately gave it cold. The coffee is disgusting. Smells like burnt wiring. And the coffee with milk looks even worse in the photo. Before we were given the order, the coffee was changed because the order was mixed up. I needed 1 coffee with milk and 1 without.
The other reviews are right, this McDonald’s works in 0.25x speed. They must have live chickens back there they slaughter on the spot to make a McChicken
